I went to the Albany location yesterday 3/22/24 at about 1:40ish, and I had the worst service I could imagine. The attendant at the pay station looked like he completely hated his job, and was very short with me. I think his name was Lucas. After the pay station, I was pulling up to the wash itself. The woman, who's name was Hannah, working at the entrance was on her phone, and didn't even notice I was there. She barely even looked up from her phone when she did see me. These guys are the best. Quick, friendly, and know what they are talking about. They offer you add ons and upgrades based on their recommendations , but put absolutely no pressure on you to purchase anything extra. I won't go anywhere else for an oil change.

I was needing quite a bit of work done on my car, and went in for an oil change. Aiden was fantastic and very easy to talk to, and went above and beyond and made some great suggestions. He swapped out some filters that had been needing changed for awhile now (had leaves in it). He also made the suggestion to swap out the Power Steering Fluid, which I noticed a huge change and it's much smoother now. My car is running much better now. Thank you Aiden I will be back! You were great.

Reliable, honest, and always going above and beyond. I came in to have them check why there was a burnt plastic smell coming from my car after I had just gotten oil change, transmission fluid, brake, steering, etc changed. Frank took a look at what was happening. He checked all the fluids and let me know (and showed me) the transmission fluid level was great. Wow! Just moved here and have been doing quite a bit of long-distance driving. Noticed while cruising south on 101 that I was 1200 miles overdue for an oil change! Found them in Yelp, and here I am, getting my oil changed. BUT! They also cleaned my windows and lubricated my door hinges and locks! Super friendly, fast service. I was in and out in the time it took me to write this review. Thanks, Oilstop!!!

The employees that work there are very nice and helpful. I have been there numerous times. When they first opened, I had to go through twice because something was faulty. Went through and all was good. Next several times uneventful, worked well. I brought my convertible through, as I had driven through the previous carwash many times. Happy had, at that time, o brush that swiveled to clean the top of the car, and it tore up my top. Not to a point where it leaks, bit noticeably tore up threads and left spin marks. THIS WAS SHARED DIRECTLY WITH Oilstop Corp: My Mom and I came for a oil change service on 3/12 we ended up being there for an hour and forty minutes. I think a number of guys went on lunch break at the same time we showed up at 12:15. We sat for 35 minutes without anything being done to our car while in the service stall. The service here was great! Jazmin and Devon were both so kind and the whole process was very quick. I came in for an oil change around 2 PM on the weekday and was out of there in about 30-40 minutes. Price was also very fair for the level of service you get, I also had a coupon for $15 off which made it that much better. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my future oil changes!
