I was in the area and needed an oil change right away. I called to get some information and to check the wait time, the caller was nice and provided me with all needed info. I arrived about 15 mins later, I was greeted right away and asked if I wanted a beverage (water or selection of sodas). The guy explained all services that was aligned with my car and we selected the best options. You also get top off services for other fluids and they put air in my tires which was also much needed. Best time to come is first thing in the morning, so you're not waiting too long. Their employee, Alex, offered additional services and was very professional even though I declined everything at this time. If it was me, I would've stopped asking but I'm sure it's their protocol and he dealt with me in a nice manner. Thank you Alex! I'll definitely be back!

Took my truck here recently for an oil change. Started to hear a weird noise near the front of my vehicle when going over bumps after the oil change. The techs at this shop didn't install the skid plate correctly now I'm missing two bolts. This is fast and convenient but lacks reliability and attention to detail. My wife also had a similar issue when they didn't tighten the oil filter and it was leaking oil all over the engine bay. Will try my luck with a different shop. Do not recommend. so i came on a saturday. huge mistake. i only see like 3 workers and like 13+ cars. so im sitting here for like 2 hours waiting in line. roasting and inhaling lovely smelling fumes. ive never been here now i know why. the workers like are yelling and shouting at each other. i dont think ill be back. slow workers. although even tho u have to wait 2 hours it seems cheaper than going to jiffy lube. giving me a soda isnt gonna solve anything. how long does an oil change take? dont come here if your in a hurry.

I have been going to Walmart and was so disappointed finding out that Walmart wasn't doing the oil change correctly on my car. I tried this place it had good reviews and I'm actually happy with it. I just wanna make sure that my car it's taken care of correctly and they are definitely on point.

They were very professional, and kind. They had complimentary drinks, they showed me all the new filters before putting them in, and I was in and out with no problem. I would highly recommend them and I'll be going back! David was great!

Tara is such an asset to your business. You don't find great employees that much anymore. She was such a hard worker yet she still took the time to be personable and friendly. I will tell All my friends and family to go to this particular oil stop now, because of my great experience. You've got a winner oil stop!!!

Always very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I come here for every oil change. And occasionally air check on my motorcycle. Miguel always goes out of his way and helps me with the air every time. I really appreciate this location, and everyone who works here. Not to mention the price is extremely reasonable and you can always find coupons to make it even better.

Best customer service ever, you're treated very professionally, they don't push you to buying extras but they do inform you of every fluid level and vehicle recommendation. I drive past other oil places just to be here, Andres was great and so was his manager! Plus they provide you a free beverage of choice!
