I have been coming to this Oilstop drive thru for oil changes for years for my Toyota 4Runner and my wife's Suburu Outback. I will start with the positives. The service is great and fluids and tire pressure checks are part of the service and that is nice. The negatives is that they will hound you to charge for services you don't need. Whenever I go in, I tell them I'm only interested in the oil change and the free fluids and maintenance that comes with the check. As soon as I arrived all technicians were very friendly. I spoke to Fidel beforehand and he gave me an excellent quote for an oil and transmission fluid change. They were very organized and worked quickly. Gustavo kept me informed throughout and gave recommendations for my Honda that were urgent and what could wait. I will definitely be coming back!
This place is awesome !!! Top notch service and great price. They really go above and beyond. Clean your windows and serve you complimentary beverages. They even give you a coupon for a free car wash too !!! Highly recommend this place.
Today I took my motorhome to Oil Stop to get the oil changed like I had done before about 6 months ago. Today I was told there is a $50.00 extra cost since it is a motorhome. My motorhome has the same 6.8L V10 engine that can be found in the Ford Excursion. I doubt they are charging people with Excursions $50.00 extra for an oil change. It is the same process in my motorhome as it is in any car that comes in to have the oil changed. This car wash should not be able to keep there doors open. 75 % of your will not be cleaned, front bumper,back bumper, door handles, the whole bottom of the car all the way around, half of the back window , grill and absolutely nothing cleaned on your wheels ...I walked away mad not happy because I just payed 20 dollars for that wash..when I got done wiping my vehicle after the wash I had used 2 clothes and they were black, that is not an exaggeration.... Always polite and offering water. Tries to upswell but that's the nature. Fills up tires w air and cleans windshield.
We'd never experienced a LOF where we got to stay in our car! Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, efficient. Just like my car now, they ran like a well oiled machine.
