I have some car knowledge. I can do minor repairs but I'm really lazy. Really lazy. It's not hard to do an oil change but what is hard is finding a reliable place. I've been to Walmart, Jiffy Lube and some other shady places in the past. You can't rely on these places. It's hit or miss. Some have forgot to put the oil cap back on. I foolishly allowed this business to provide an oil change on my new MX-5 with only 1,000 miles. Huge mistake. They lost two STRUCTURAL bolts when they removed the belly pan and didn't tell me. Also, the oil filter they used was not compatible with synthetic oil. I would never use this business again

I went there for the first time and they have a bell that rings to let them know you're there. Nobody came , another car comes a few mins later and they right away go say hi to him. Still waited and nothing. I don't know why they have 5 stars.

After 1400 mile road trip, ran through Happy's. The girl gave the front of the car a cursory squirt, no brushing, no effort at all to work on obviously bug-covered front of car. When I got home I saw that the front was still totally black with bugs. Big difference in the old "CarlBClean" people and this. Several $$ more as well. Not worth it, won't be back.

This place is amazing. I've gone to this location a couple times for an oil change and it has never disappointed. Each time I've received exceptional service by these professionals. As a woman, going to get any services on a car is daunting, and frankly just horrible, but not here. I felt so comfortable and they accepted my "no thank you" answer when they gave their sales upgrade pitch. I will not go anywhere else. Steven and Julio were amazing!! There was an issue with my skid plate after my first visit and they were so eager to fix it!! They were so sweet and quick and I am very grateful for their service!!

I read the reviews and it all said they were fast, 30 minutes tops! So I tried it out. It took an hour for someone to talk to me after asking if I would like a complimentary beverage. And another hour to check on the car. I had to flag someone down to ask how long it's going to take and she said another 10-15 minutes. I did not want to wait anymore, my car was never seen for an oil change. I'm so bummed out about this cause I wasted my hour lunch and another hour of work time that I'll most likely get in trouble for.

Fast and professional. The price is right and I get a free car wash. I would recommend their service to anyone.
