What an awesome group that provides great service. The team was thorough and detailed on each of the 33 point inspections and oil change. We felt like they looked at each inspection item and our vehicles performance. The communication and customer service is likely the best we've had at a oil change facility, will return. The attention to detail and professionalism was perfect. Even upselling on each item was done very well, keep up the good work. Hopefully the next time we go we will see a female in the shop.

So I was just turned away from here because I was told there was an issue with one of the bolts to the skim guard, claiming it was damaged, and they wouldn't be able to do the oil change. I didn't think much of it other than "oh I should take a look". In less than 5 min, I was able to able to jack up the car, and remove the guard without any issues. side brushes not working. went back through and the attendants said it's been broke for a few days. half my car wasn't clean. I took my fiancées car through the wash a week ago and it didn't look good either. should be shut down until it's fixed.
