I had never used these guys before today. I took in my Mazda3 and got what I asked for. great service, good price and was happy. decided to bring in another vehicle the same day asked for conventional oil again like before. Was surprised when the service was finished and the cost was double what I paid before. My oil cap says Dexos so they used a more expensive oil and changed me for it. I keep coming here for the excellent service. This morning Edgar and the team took care of my car and I drove away feeling confident that everything checks out OK. This is a very well run business.
The staff here are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. I came in yesterday with the impression I was due for an oil change. Collin was transparent and informative, explaining that I was not yet due and that I only needed a quart. I felt very taken care of and like they had my best interest. As someone who knows nothing about cars, going to get service done can be intimidating as you fear being taken advantage of, but this place made me feel very comfortable. Great experience and will be returning.
Employees were pleasant and seemed to do a fine job. However, the use of visual samples of fluids from your vehicle as a sales technique is shady at best! I haven't seen anyone use this tactic in years, because anyone with a basic understanding of automotive tech will understand that color is not an accurate gauge to the condition of a fluid but is effective at scaring people into buying flushes and other services they don't need.
Very nice staff but not worth the money. If you have a Hyundai or newer vehicle I would not recommend bringing it here. Fluids not checked or topped off due to not being able to access the Transmisson plug and not confident in checking it due to quote "liability". Oil changes start at $85 here and go up accordingly. I ended up paying $112 and that was after the $15 off coupon I found online. Very basic inspection. This review is particularly for a young gentleman named Leo. I came in to do a full transmission flush and power steering flush three weeks ago and I noticed that my car was making a more whiny noise than when I brought it in. I knew something was wrong and so I decided to stop by oil stop and I had a concern if they would try to upsell me or blame my car in any way for their inadequate service. I've been coming here for years! Oil Stop has consistently provided very good fluid change services over the years for me, so I'm surprised I haven't written a review yet. I am not the best at recognizing faces but I think most of the crew has changed up by now, but they still do a great job. Everything's pretty much exactly the same as it was when I first came for an oil change in 2015, including offering coffee/water/soda. As soon as I pulled up I got greeted with a smile and offered juice ! :D I don't think I was even here for and hour everyone was so kind and fast and they serviced my back and front windshield with a cleaning. The way the spoke with each other with concern and respect made me feel safe with my vehicle in their hands. I highly recommend this place of business
