Its been more than a year being using this location I went to oilstop for oil change and for platinum car wash before the car wash I told the guy you guys not doing good job and keep left some stuff to clean even after told him still same thing I'm done with them should avoid that place now
If I could give 10 stars I could, these guys provide such incredible service and are absolutely gentlemen, I would recommend this place 100000%
Went here for an oil change. Came back with messed up car. The car is leaking some fluid and the hood has some smoke. Great. Now I have to take the car to got it checked.
Affordable friendly and quick! I will never return to the dealership for an oil change
if you pay for unlimited washes, they add recurring 3 month charge. I stopped going there after 3 washes cause my car was never fully clean. Unlike previous owner Happy's doesn't use a brush on front or back of your car.
They're friendly guys but too aggressive with the upselling. I told one guy I just wanted my oil changed & nothing else. Then a different guy starts up. He shows me my air filter, which was changed a month ago, & said I needed a new one. It had some black, which is expected, & I told him no! I didn't know they were like this. I avoid places like these. Then to make it worse, they didn't top off the fluid. Right after I left, I noticed I had no windshield wiper fluid. I had to go back to the jerks. What can I say great service! I was nervous because everyone says mechanics always try to get over on women but I felt so at ease with two men that helped me today they explained every step! i'm a forever client. I totally forgot there names so sorry guys it was today thank you so much
I drive the distance from south Orange County to come to this oil change location. After some damage to my car from a competitor I needed to find a place that I could trust with my car. Their fast, Efficient, and most importantly reliable. They always have coupons, offer you a beverage and clean windows, lube door jams. I'm not the biggest fan of their constant yapping of unrelated stuff but, if they need it to keep moral up I'll ignore it. Seriously pleasant experience- techs have always been cheerful and courteous to me and to each other. Great to see this in today's non- service climate. Excellent job!
