One stop shop! I drove right in after dropping the kids at school and they began working on my car immediately. They explained a lot of what they were doing and checking for. They offered a lot of upgrades for extra charge which I mostly declined, besides the two filters that they showed me and really needed replacing. There was never any pressure or weird reactions when I declined the offers. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next oil change.
They were so awesome and nice definitely my go to the one at the Medford center. Great service
Stopped by on a Sunday (yes they're open Sundays!). Wasn't super busy when we arrived but had picked up by the end of our service. James was very professional and nice, although all the techs we had were great. Definitely our favorite drive through oil change that we've been to. The shop was really clean and they give you a free beverage while you wait
This place is so great!! The guys that work at the entrance kiosks are always so friendly and always ask how my day is going. They are always doing fun things like crumble cookies for their grand reopening, today they gave out candy for Halloween today! The car air fresheners smell like the anthropology candles. SO GOOD. I have the monthly membership ($18.99 one) and it's great. Car wash itself works really well and the free vacuums are the best. I got my registration done at my last visit. The staff were super responsive, respectful, and kind. We got to stay in our car as they quickly completed the work. If this was the service for a registration we will definitely be coming back with all our cars for registration and oil changes. Nice job!
Young women please be careful you will be a target. I originally came in for an oil change, but continuously was recommended all these extra things by 3 different male workers, despite declining all the extra services. $120 for coolant and $120 for steering wheel fluid is crazy, when you can easily buy both for under $20 & pour it in yourself (I declined this service). I usually go to a place in santa rosa & have never ran into this type of behavior & all services are included with my oil change. Be careful.
The workers here were super kind and helpful! The atmosphere was very positive and the service was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place!
Been coming here for a few years. Every time the service is 10/10. The business I work for has a fleet of 7 vehicles and they are all serviced here because of their reliability and honestly.

First time in to oil stop and they boys over there got the oil change done in nascar pit stop speed spear about everything and polite as could be. Sean and Austin helped me out and they did great didn't get the guys name from the hole but he was great too I'm sure Will be back and using oil stop again for quick easy oil changes!
