This place provides a terribly overpriced and ineffective auto car wash service. It's extremely frustrating to pay $17 for a car wash only to spend 45 minutes at home cleaning your car by hand afterwards. The layout is also quite inconvenient. Vehicles entering the car wash are often backed up onto the main road (the only entrance). You will oftentimes need to wait in line twice in order to access the vacuums + car wash, or hope that someone will let you back out of the vacuum area and get into the car wash line. This was literally the BEST service I've ever received probably anywhere, much less a quick oil change service! All the mechanics spoke English fluently, were super-friendly and articulate, explained every single option that I might need and why, and the whole time worked happily yelling orders and charges and humor to each other to help get the job done which amused all of us customers. Little pricier than most places, but to me it's all about the customer service. Very polite, very communicative and not pushy to sell things. I highly recommend!
Charged extra for oil filter and waste disposal of oil? Stop up charging! Charges for disposal of oil at an oil establishment? Ridiculous. Also don't tell people to say "please" to you when you ask a question. You embarrassed your customer. They never got the chance to say anything at all.
I enjoy getting my oil changed here. You can stay in your vehicle while they assist you, and they even offer you a beverage. The customer service is outstanding! The prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. You receive amazing service at a great price without having to leave your car. In my experience, mid-mornings are the fastest times to go.
