We have been going here for several years. I always bring my daughter's car here and we have consistently had great service. Every single employee is extremely personable and friendly. They always inform you of services they have available for your car but never pressure you into buying it. I would highly recommend this business. I am always impressed! Plus they give you a free drink while you wait!
They say no high pressure sales then proceed to have multiple people at every single part try to sell you a product or additive. I've been to all the oil stops in the county and this one by far was the worst. Coupon says $50 oil change. My car takes 3.7 quarts of oil. Out the door with these clowns was over $150 which is less than the dealership charges. But at least now I know to take it directly the dealership and let this place scam other people. If I do go to a Oilstop it def won't be this one.

Andreas and Johnny and the rest of guys today we're AMAZING!!!! We got a European synthetic oil change for our Mercedes. We will also be back for our Camaro and BMW. I has calle da head and Andreas was so helpful on the phone. The team environment and consistency throughout all the staff was nothing but positive, happy and respectful vibes. We will definitely be back !! Thank you guys !
Fast, pleasant, professional service. As all the reviews say - they take you through everything step by step, give you the option for additional services if you want them - it did not feel particularly like an upsell to me - and get you in and out fast with a clear view of what they have done. 10/10 would recommend.
Been coming here since they opened and have had a few different vehicles over the years. Absolutely love the service, and it's done quickly and efficiently and the people are extremely friendly and genuinely care!!! Thank you to all the employees and especially to my technician, Stuart!!!!

The crew and service are always friendly and welcoming. I personally appreciate there is no pressure in additional service. They do make suggestions based on fluid levels and observations, but kindly accept it if you decline. And not to forget a complimentary beverage when you arrive. (Soft Drink!) Francisco, Edward, Janice, and Peter were my team this time.
Not cheap for oil change. Had a great place in Pasadena for less. But if you want fast, thorough service with an exterior car wash, can't go wrong here. Been here twice and they are consistently solid.

THE BEST! Fernando, the manager is a kind man who is really helpful. His entire team is competent and professional. I really like the option to vacuum the car after--really good vacuums!!! PLUS, the car wash itself is like a disco :) Put on some good music and enjoy the wash.
We've used this OilStop for years and typically have been quite happy. They are polite and we've had minimal problems with the servicing of our multiple vehicles. Today I went in with our 2023 mini cooper. When asked what the present cost was ..... something was $66. Honestly, the young man spoke quickly and all I got was $66. That apparently does not include oil so if you're trying to get a total estimate cost ask them to factor that in. Our total bill was over $150 (no additional additives were used).
