I give one star, because there is no zero star option. I've used these guys a few times. They always try to sell you something you don't need, like filters on a brand new car, transmission service on a car with low miles etc. Yesterday, however was a new low for these guys. I sent my 17 year old son for an oil change that should be 70 dollars and they billed him 265 and tried to get another 100 for air filters. Friendly, polite, honest, and not too pushy about upsells. They will offer add on purchase recommendations for your vehicle but if you say no, they don't mind and will happily move on. If you're not comfortable changing the oil yourself, this place is an excellent back up plan.
I almost never write reviews. Only when something is amazing, or in this case absolutely terrible. There are two issues to address here, and I'll start by saying that I should have known better. I am so happy that I went with the positive reviews on Yelp. This was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure selling and the work was very professional and fast. I will be back!

Delightful service. Polite, professional, thorough. Great marketing by showing all the products and explaining benefits of purchases. Complimentary beverage while I waited in my car. Three cars ahead of me. I was there a total of 55 minutes. Neat, clean, organized garage. Pull up coupon on your phone for discount. Printing not necessary. I used recommended synthetic oil and no add-ons. Total: $89.99 And I got a coupon for a free car wash at another location.
I like that you can stay in your car while they change your oil. They work pretty quickly. They also offer you drinks while you wait. You also get a coupon for a free car wash. Overall, good experience :)
It was not quick but I loved the convenience of being in my car and getting my oil change. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable about my vehicle.
Absolutely love the ease, cleanliness and affordability of a great car wash at Happy's...and Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Chaz ... he's always there rain or shine coldest weather or the hottest weather and he's always got a smile on his face I deal with a public quite a bit and anyone else who does knows it's difficult. Chaz, however keeps his composure and is very inspiring I hope they recognize your talent Chaz and no matter what you do...It's obvious you will be a success!

This is the worst oil change place in Bay Area. Stay away. Charged my daughter over 450 for an oil change which was done wrong. When they reinstalled oil filter housing they didn't take off old gaskets and replace the they just put new one over old one. Caused oil to leak then they coerced her into changing the power steering fluid. IF YOU OWN A BMW DONT LET THEM PUT THEIR POWER STWERING FLUID INTO CAR. IT IS NOT BMW POWER STEERING FLUID IT IS A CHEAP REPL EMENT THAT WILL WRECK YOUR CAR.
