Okay I always get my oil changed here! They have good prices and reliable service! I never feel bamboozled here like I do with other auto mechanics. They provide service with honesty and educate you on what's happening to your car. (Being a woman you get swindled so much with auto mechanics!) Tip: They offer drinks while you wait in your car. I've been bringing all my cars here for years. However after last weekend, never again. The tech working on my wifes car took off the transmission fluid bolt and didn't replace it properly. I had to go on a long drive later that day, and as a result, The fluid leaked out and damaged my Transmission and its now in the shop thanks to the technician's carelessness. The techs here are so focused on upselling and pushing addons and extra sales, that they can't even do the basics properly any more, and now I may need a new ... read more
Amazing customer service!!!! If you ever need a oil change on the go please go here. This place is so efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful. Good service and engine oil job was fast done I will come back But price can be changes by whose doing services on your car, so had to show them my invoices to their guy.... Same engineering oil change job for my cars, back to back, the price came out different
They were very friendly and informative. I've been using the dealership for years. It takes hours. I was looking to get a quick oil change at a better value. They showed me a price list and did not pressure me to get the more expensive oil change. They told me about all of the fluid levels. Free drink, car wash at select locations. I asked about coupons and they told me I could find them online. Staff were friendly and oil change was quick.
This is by far the slowest worst oil stop location. The staff has no hustle. They had a minimal work load and still people were sluggish and slow. Do not go to this location if you value your time and money

By the way, this location is one of the busiest in our system. serving 80 or so Guests everyday. Not only is there a wait sometimes but our staff can get tired, as you might imagine.
Everyone was very friendly! We were in a rush so even while feeling a little impatient, their happy attitudes were contagious! I'm not a car person and figure they have to ask about multiple things but never felt pressure to do anything. Any question they answered honestly! I'm glad we chose to stop here during our road trip. They also offered free drinks which was nice.
Got a rental car during this rare California snowy winter (SoCal/Bay Area etc) late night, only to find that all tires were low and the back window has issues(this a premium upgrade mind you). Anyway the gas station air pump was out of service but I noticed Oil Stop was next door. I hoped they top of the tires. Turns out not only was the tire top of free(this is standard I get it) but the young woman who helped me was Uber professional and kind.
