This place is the best oil change establishment around however because of this lines and wait times can be astronomically long. For 4 weeks in a row I kept getting "we are short staffed so your wait time is about two hours". Those are the times when I have to go jiffy lube down the street Staffing seems to be the only issue. If they had a recruiter and this place would be a five
Every time i go here they are super nice and friendly. And my car burns oil so i often have to get a top off with no questions asked. I went to coddingtown spot and they were not as nice.
They care to inform you of present car care you may require. Complimentary beverages upon arrival, service and quality is why I always choose oil stop.
I live in LA but I always schedule my oil changes for when I frequently visit my parents in Tucson. The Mariana, AZ location is the only place to go. They are outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure. I've never had a single negative thing happen in the years I've taken my car there.

The car wash is not bad...very gentle, maybe to the point of not cleaning the topside very well. The vacuums are super. Also it's very easy and convenient. HOWEVER! Avoid the subscription service. They make it very difficult to cancel. It's easy to "suspend" a subscription for an indefinite period of time but then somehow mine got reinstated without notice, and my credit card began getting charged again without my knowledge or permission. Mighty sketchy...

It was my first time coming here and it was a great experience, Staff was friendly and polite. I will be bringing in my other vehicles as well to be service with this location , I highly recommend this place .

Went there to get my oil changed and they overtorqued my drain plug. They told me before I left the place that my oil drain plug is not holding torque but they really did this themselves by overtorqing my train plug . I called them to expect them to fix this. They said they can't do anything about it. Other then that , employees were nice .

Please note, unlike most other quick lube businesses, we only use torque wrenches to tighten drain plugs to manufacturer's specifications, and we did not over tighten your drain plug. We hope you'll give us another chance when your vehicle is due for service again.
These folks are on it. They keep you informed and make sure you are in a part of the decisions. No hardcore selling. Even offered water and/or soda during the wait. I'll be back! Thank you.
Awesome place to get your oil changed. The service is top notch from the employees. I even witnessed the manager or shift lead at that time motivating and encouraging his staff. That was awesome to see because you don't see that too often. Everyone was supporting everyone. The service was quick and convenient. They even gave me coffee while I waited. Would recommend this spot for sure.
