I went to the Fairway location Tuesday morning November 15. When I checked in I was told the price for my oil and oil filter. After waiting at the drive-through for close to an hour I was told they don't have the oil for my car. I asked why wasn't I told when I first checked in and the person responded sorry. I understand they are busy and don't have the oil but it was a waste of my time to sit there for nothing. Very bad customer service!! Such a stressful and expensive experience. I thought I'd do the convenient drive through oil change on my lunch break- winded up being me sitting in my car having to open the door about 12 times (not exaggerating) for them to try to upsell me on every little thing- type of oil, windshield wipers, oil filter, rear differential fluid, etc. etc. The staff is very polite and nice about it- I think they are most likely told to ask all these questions but it was very unnecessary and made for a stressful experience. Excellent service! Over the top friendly, non-pushy, and FAST. I live in LA and wish that Oilstop was down south. Water, coffee, soda while you wait. My brother in law recommended them to me, and I'm stoked he did. Don't forget to use your Yelp 10% off coupon.

The staff here was extremely nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I like how they talk through the service and show you the insides of what they're doing as part of the oil change. Talked to 3 of the workers and they were all so very kind. You don't see awesome service like this that much. Plus, they keep offering drinks. This was my first time here and definitely will be back.

I just want to say that reading the reviews helped me decide to go for a quick oil change. There were a lot of negative ones, but reading them only confirmed they aren't car people and don't know too much about cars in general. Please note that this is a place for quick and easy oil change. If you want more than that expect to pay for it. They will go through their schmeal because as a corporate company they have to. I've been going to OilStop for years and I have to say my Service Writer, Mark Souther gave us the best service I believe we have ever had. He was incredibly nice, professional and provided great detailed information on what types of services was offered and needed for our vehicle. I highly recommend giving him a raise! He's worth it.

Holy shit is all I can about my car wash service today. Like wow really this is single handily the worst service I've received in general ever. The workers were nice and all but they can't do the job for shit. Ya sure you guys cleaned the really dirty parts but you guys missed stuff that literally would've taken 10 seconds to touch like the rear view mirror. Like really? Super consistent and transparent service- Dave and Ishmael both were super chill while taking care of my 390xxx mile Honda, car runs great and I hope to get many more miles out of the ole girl
