Happy's is extremely convenient. If your car is extra dirty they allow you to go through as many times as you need to. I live in another town and only used the car wash one day. I thought I ended my subscription but discovered months later I was still being charged every month. When you suspend your account it sets you up to reactivate your account without a way to prevent it from doing that. Oil stop accomplished everything it aimed to and quite fast I would also mention. It was on the pricier side for an oil change and while the employees weee sure to mention that they don't work on commission they absolutely wanted to upsell every service possible. But then again, I suppose thats the trade off for no appointment, driving right in and leaving in 15 minutes. All the staff was friendly and at the end of the day, they did a great job changing the oil and we were hardly there for long
I had excellent service here for an oil change and would come again for a future oil change! Upon coming in, there were 3 cars in the lane ahead of me, and it took me about 45 minutes (a bit less than) from arriving to leaving the shop. Upon arriving, they offered me a beverage (options include water, sodas, and Starbucks coffee), which was a nice touch. Special thanks to Andrei and Abraham for excellent service! Terrible Experience. Driving in, I was offered an oil change for $109.00. The Staff is hardworking and neat, shouting updates to each other, coming to my window to offer services, etc. I declined extra services. I was offered fresh air filters for $27.00. There are two. I asked if it was $27 for both, and was assured it was for both, so I took the offer. What a surprise when I was given a bill for $218!! My first time going to Oil Stop today, not sure why the place is getting bad reviews. They checked everything, they were quick and efficient and communicated well. As I was sitting in my car I was reminded of the old movie reel commercials of the early service stations, where a car would pull up and a group of uniformed attendants would come out and "service" your vehicle, today we call these places gas stations and you do everything yourself. I already see why this station only has three stars and the one i normally frequent in Santa Rosa Ave near Costco has 4. They are a team over there and everyone is quick and friendly. Come for a top off and it's fast. Here, i was greeted by a somewhat angry sounding older man who told me it would be about ten minutes. Then without speaking to me, several minutes later, a young man opens my hood, checks oil and starts filling it without saying a word. When he was done though, he did come say it's full now. We just left the car wash. Special thanks to the wash attendant! Our car went through the wash and a large section was missed. The attendant took good care of us and rectified the problem quickly and cheerfully. Thank you
horrible experience. don't know what was done. no invoice, needs washer fluid, air in tires, don't know if anything was done except oil. paid for extra special oil, not asked.

Just had my truck washed and they did a horrible job. Waste of $40 + tip. Windows were not wiped inside and missed drying spot all around. They have really gone down in service.
