Anthony was a great help and informed me of all my oil and fluid issues! They offered me a complimentary drink checked all my filters, lubricated all my doors, cleaned my windows, offered to check my tire pressure and gave me a complimentary car wash coupon! Great service I would recommend this place for your oil change service! Thank you Anthony! :)
Great experience I wasn't expecting to spend that much but they were very clear on what needed changing and let me know it was up to me what services I wanted to pay for. I would go again!
I was stuck behind a car that was getting serviced for an hour before I got any service done. I don't usually get concerned with waiting, but since it was over an hour and I was still waiting behind the same car while mine hasn't even been checked yet. I spoke to someone once they started working with my car and he was a nice guy. He reassured me he will get the job done in under 10 mins and it will be efficient. I usually go to the Valencia location, which is so great. I ended up here because I was going on a road trip and needed the service. Just as awesome as Valencia. Daniel and Juan helped me out and they were fantastic and professional. Thanks!
Came in for an over due oil change, and the three gentlemen helping me were extremely polite and knowledgeable I believe their names were Jason, Kris and Lenny! This place offers a a lot of extra services and products that they recommend but don't push. I've kept note of what extras I may need and will be back to get them done here. They were efficient as I was in and out plus with a free car wash and vacuum services! I highly recommend!
I had came down to socal to visit a friend, noticed oil was leaking from the car saw a puddle of oil, had thought the plug was cracked and would need a full oil change that would've costed me but Johnny and one of the techs there were honest and just said drain plug was loose and i had just lost couple quarts oil that's it. Would definitely recommend this fast and honest place to get your oil changed.
Excellent service, fantastic staff. Can get pretty crowded, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Highly recommend.
