"Home of the Three-Hour Oil Change" Pulled in at 1:10, finally exited at 4:15. Was told they were short-handed, but no one was exercised enough to pick up the pace in order to compensate. See Megan S.'s comments.

I've been taking my vehicles to this location for at least 15 years. I've had six Toyotas, to include my latest, my 4Runner, my pride and joy. Kenroy and Kat are amazing! There are closer, and cheaper places, but nowhere in Tucson matches the professionalism and efficiency of this Chevron Oilstop. Kudos to the entire team. They gave me a bottle of cold water while I waited. The employees are nice. I come here when they have discounts, like holidays and cyber Monday. Otherwise it is very expensive.

I used the dealer for years. I finally had enough of the dealer's poor service and awful care of my vehicle. I thought my vehicle was on its last legs at 50,000 miles. Then, I had the best experience at Oil Stop. I stayed in my car and they showed me every oil and filter that needed replacement compared to what the oil/filter should look like. No pressure. Simplicity, transparency and value.

Had my oil/filter changed here for the first time today. Greeted by Jackie, who offered me a soda while I sat in my car, waiting for the tech to start. Josh asked several questions & was courteous, friendly & downright jovial. Leonardo made quick work of the oil change & reviewed every step with me as he proceeded. Meanwhile, there's all this funny banter going on between the other techs, something I've never witnessed before in a auto garage! One of the best experiences you can have while getting an oil change! The employees here are extremely nice! They offered me something to drink while I waited, explained what they were doing, and overall it was some of the best customer service you can receive. Not only are they respectful to be but to each other as well. A wonderful establishment, highly recommend!

This is a new business and they are terrible. Don't tell me that the oil service is $59.00 and then inform me that it only covers 5 quarts - my car takes 6 - and then you tell me i have to pay extra for the filter? You are guaranteed to have to pay an extra $20 bucks beyond the quoted price to get out of here. It is absurd. I had to use a $25 coupon in order to be able to pay what i was actually quoted. GOUGING. That is all it is. The people are nice, but they spend the whole time just trying to upsell you and it is annoying... read more

I've been going here to a long time. They are very expensive. But I have started bringing in my own oil and have them install it. The price comes out to be much cheaper.

This place went downhill fast. Poor customer service, short-staffed: I have gone there twice in the last week, but have long wait times even when there's a couple of cars being serviced. Most of the young staff seem not interested in being there.
