I don't know how this place isn't 5 stars. Whoever the manager was that worked on my Infiniti with another cool guy-thank you! I was on a conference call and he would politely ask questions-took their time and hooked me up. I'll be back in 5k miles for sure, this is fantastic customer service and they do a great job!

We drove up and we're greeted by Damon very friendly and kind and nice they always offer a beverage! And Caiden assisted us he was so nice and cool very easy to talk to. I love that this place shows you everything about your car instead of a dealership that takes your car and then wants you to upgrade all these things. They showed me on the spot my filter and my pressure cap and everything and gave me the option and prices to fix things/replace things. I will definitely be coming back and prices are pretty fair!
I give 4 outta 5 stars . Why? Because recently during a visit right after the rain storm they shut down one complete side of their self serve vacuuming system. Didn't bother to make a sign. One of the employees came out to check on the the side that was working and told me "why bother making a sign, people will figure it out." Wow. Lousy customer service right there! They are better than this. And the community deserves better.

Extremely good service from the moment you drive in from everyone we were serviced by Collin and Anthony specifically and they were amazing, they were so efficient and nice they also explained everything step by step and offered us drinks every-time they came to our window. They checked everything and put air in my tires and vacuumed when they checked my cabin air filter and opened my door for me when I got out of the passenger seat. I went to do my oil change on my car, I really don't know anything about cars and they explained everything for me. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, they checked my car and helped me out with everything not just my oil change:)
I truly cannot thank of these men enough! They are the nicest most professional people that do the job perfectly and very quickly. I always go to them when I'm in a big old hurry and they always help me get in and out without sacrificing quality. Even my dog loves them! The prices are extremely fair as well! I always come here, especially before a trip to get them to top off all my fluid, change, my windshield, wipers, and air up my tires. The service is here is beyond top notch. The service guy his name Christian was on top of it.Showed my oil was a bit low also offered some additives for my motor, and what a difference that made I've saved so much money on gas whatever it was makes my gallons last longer. The oil change it self was fairly quick and went smooth..Ask for Christian and get that additive he offers.
