Wow! So thrilled this place was open on a Saturday. How was so friendly and professional and was able to check my transmission fluid, topped off on my fluids and fixed my oil. So impressed with this place and grateful they were open when my car was acting up! Will be back for sure.

All I can say is wow. This place has the best customer service and the most thorough and responsive team I have encountered in a long time, if ever. The guys were so kind and considerate. They were super respectful of me and my boyfriend. They cleaned the windows, put a/c in the car when they needed us to turn off the engine, offered us drinks while we waited-- and they are reasonably priced! Came in today and shall I say the guys there have an awesome routine. You pull up tell them what you need, and they get it done. They also ask you and suggest what you may need besides your oil change. Once you stop by you have a record that they can look up next time you drive though. They offer you something to drink and let you know how long it will be. They all communicate and work like a well oiled machine. They make you feel comfortable and don't force anything on you. I've been taking my vehicles to oil stop drive thru for years now and these guys always impress. Their price is fair and service on point. They are taught to encourage addy services and not to push. Andrei helped me today and even with a mask on I know he was smiling and in a great mood. Thank you oil stop

My go-to for oil changes! High energy culture with employees who are eager to get the job done. They do throw lots of sales pitch but nothing unnecessary. They also offer free drink, car wash down the street.

I'm always on the go sometimes I don't prioritize getting my car taken care off, I had some time on my hands today my oil change was long over due so I look some places up on yelp & stumbled onto this place. I called they was definitely attentive even on the phone ready to answer questions and all. I come here all the time. The staff is well trained, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I like that they set expectations with regards to wait times. Jeremiah, Ethan and Jose gave me amazing service yesterday; what more could you ask for? Yes they offer you stuff - it's part of their job and requirements. I've visited them 7x with no issues and always make me feel like a valued customer.

Got our oil changed and after we got home our car was smoking and smelled of burning oil. The next day I noticed oil all underneath my car. Went back to oil stop and let them know what happened. I expected them to check the drain plug and that's it. However, they went above and beyond! The seal to the filter had busted under pressure and oil was all underneath the undercarriage of my vehicle. I was about a quart low on oil as well.
