Took my vehicle here for an oil change and was helped by Dre and Ivan. They were both very nice and super helpful! I will definitely be taking my car back here in the future.

The rating stars should offer a minus sign... Buyer Beware! Did you get the whole spiel North Albany's 'Happy's Car Wash' rep was pouring into your head? Did he tell you he needed your credit card number for the Free car wash because there is a 1¢ charge put on your card right away, which will disappear later, and "It's just for counting customers", quote, unquote. Wow! The gentleman helping us out was training two young men and my goodness was he communicative, informative, and knowledgeable. Friendly face and we'll groomed which is a bit uncommon to see aha. If I were from town I would definitely love to come back here. Oh and you get a free car wash down the road and free nice cold drinks :)
I my car in for an oil change and i always take it to rohnert park never had any problems there and so i decided to take it to the one on santa rosa ave. immediately the next my engine light came on. i took to my mechanic not sure what happened. I told him i just got the oil changed the day before and he ran the diagnostic on it an it came up my iil sensor. I spent over $400 just to get that part changed. I still had to pay another person $340 just to reset my car after the sensor got fixed n my engine light still cane on. ... read more
Used to here for years with my "lowered" cars and the team were great! A lot new faces lately and not the best . David had an attitude when helping me like if he was bothered . The manager was good greeted me offered me a drink and was very nice . I don't mind paying the prices for a good service . But the last 2 times feels just different . I've never gone to Jiffy Lube for the same reason maybe it's time I give them a chance .
There are many places you can go for an oil change and I've been to many. I found this place was employed with quality people who were trained on customer service. When I pulled up I was asked if I wanted a drink while I wait which was unexpected. I did end up spending extra money on additional services this time (normally I treat the addons like an extended warranty). So now I have fresh oil, tranny, power steering, air filter and wipers. Good job guys . I think I earned a free addon which was nice.
Me and my best friend are always having car issues and come here every time! They are so helpful and honest about what your car needs done. They never try to scam you or make you spend unnecessary money and always point you in the right direction. The entire staff is very friendly and polite and the manager goes above and beyond to make sure his customers get the best service! I would recommend this shop to everyone they are truly the best!
Great car wash and great customer service. Nothing fancy but it was just what I needed and my car looked great afterwards. I really enjoyed the no hassle drive-thru and will be coming back for my next car wash.
