fast efficient and consistent. great service, respectful and friendly employees. always busy and service is well the worth the wait and the price. I used them and petaluma lakeville station, I skipped the funky original Petaluma Washington as I did not get a friendly vibe from the employee as first out of his mouth was 45 minute wait. It was really busy but, they made the wait easy but, checking up on me and gave me drinks after drink ( coke, coffee , water ) , they knocked out the crowd fast ,informative about what they were giving me , put air in my tires

Employee insisted I pull out of one line, where I was next, and switch places with someone 2 cars out. 'They were next.' Actually looked like a friend of theirs. Imagine doing this at Costco after committing to a line. 'Sorry, please step aside, that person over there is next. Not you.' I chose to get an oil change somewhere else.

No idea whether or not they do good work because when I called about a synthetic oil change, they quoted me $120.....WTF???? And they'll try to say that the cost "for the area" is reasonable. Whatever. You can get the same thing for less than half that elsewhere. Might do good work, but it'll never be for me, not when they're gouging people during one of the toughest recessions in recent history. I would STRONGLY recommend finding somewhere else... unless you just love wasting money. They should be ashamed.

Luis and his team were excellent. They worked well together and seemed to enjoy their work and working together. They explained every aspect of the work clearly and answered questions. This type of customer service is rarely seen these days. Other outfits should look to Oilstop as an example of what customer service should be. I will definitely recommend Oilstop to anyone in search of an oil change.

Ronny and Leo did my oil change changed my coolant got me a coffee super fast go back to work real quick they make it fun easy! Go here and save your time and do it right!

I haven't even gotten the service I came for but the customer service experience here is elite, the energy is on point and even when you call they seem happy to answer your questions and help, pricing is pretty much on point opposed to other places that try to overcharge for everything

Went thru carwash with a moderately dirty car...came out with a "less moderately dirty car". Was disappointed in the poor quality of the wash. No better than with the prior ownership, just more expensive. Note: Also used the oil change operation...they did a good job, but it was a constant upsell of additional products and services, to the point of very annoying. The bill could have easily reached a $1000, on a car with only 15,000 miles. A lot of the upsell was not needed in any way.. So much that I will not go back! You ha... read more

Juan and team are courteous, informative and friendly. They went the extra mile on a minor repair, too. I've had a few bad experiences with drive-thru oil centers, but now have a new go-to. Solid job.
