Today I took happy's offer for a free car wash to see if it was any better than the last. After my last visit I was contacted and told they were still trying to adjust the equipment to fix problems with cars not getting clean, even though I've never seen anyone checking to see how the vehicles come out. Today I was met be more people really trying to push the monthly service but again didn't see anyone seeing how the cars were coming out of the wash. We are still in the process of adjusting the tunnel equipment to deliver the most thorough wash possible and have made many adjustments during our Grand Opening period to better serve our guests vehicles. Such sweet, friendly, relatable, reliable and funny crew! Amazing customer service and speed! I was in and out in 15min! I called three other places and Oilstop is the cheapest! my car broke down after a n oil change here. nothing was wrong with my car at all prior to the oil change. as soon as i left my car was not accelerating and would stop right when i hit the brakes. It started to not turn on at all. Good thing the workers helped me by pushing my car to a safe space and really trying to under what the issue was. However the car was not working at all wouldn't put in drive then would stop turning on. I later found out my car was perfectly fine and the people forgot to reset my oil change. It is ... read more

I have been coming to this business for years. They are consistently honest, efficient, and very personable. Danny, the manager, remembers people and greets them accordingly. Aa a female it's nice to know that you do to an automotive business that is honest that will provide quality service without trying to talk you into unnecessary services. They were only sharing information on them. Highly recommend!
ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS a pleasure coming in to be served by the men of oil stop. Customer service is a solid 5 stars. They know how to communicate, they don't judge if you say no to what they offer, and they offer free beverages. How do I even go to another place to get my oil changed. I've never had to wait long here. Even when the line is long, they're pretty in and out. Remember that whatever they offer, you don't need to say yes. Did not tighten oil filter sprayed oil all over my engine do not trust them. If I did not notice their mistake it could have distorted my engine.
Normally we have a good experience at oil stop but we went in today and waited an hour because one of the workers directed us towards a lane in which the car front of us was doing the whole shabang. Understandably bad luck, but 3 cars that came AFTER us went through and did their oil change. All we wanted was a top off. They could have communicated to us to move to another lane if they knew the car in front of us was doing a lot of work. I'm leaving this bad review here until the owner or manager responds. Came in on 6/17/22 @ 4:45 There was an empty stall so I drive up to waited for the Employee who was sweeping the floor to finish. I guess since it was close to closing they were not going to use the stall any more because he motions me to get behind a car being worked on in the next stall over. I wait for 25 minutes my car has not been worked on yet. then a car drives in to the empty stall and starts getting worked on by the Hispanic girl. WTH! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
