I take my Bmw X5 diesel twin turbo here for quick service. Most german service shops make excuses to do basic service so I take my business here. FELIPE is the best and always takes care of me, he knows all the various types of cars that come in. I love cars from all makes but if you can service german cars then it's a big plus in my books. I will continue to bring all my cars no matter what make it is. I've had my Porsche cayenne serviced here also. ALL GOOD.
Every single time I come here I am always pleased with the excellent customer service! As a single woman having people you trust with your car is always comforting and the folks at Oil Stop are top notch! Brandon and Elijah have helped me out on several visits and manager Danny is always kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this place more!
Good service, super polite, and knowledgeable. Learned a lot about the different parts of a car that can wear out, rust, or crack and the products that can extend the life of your vehicle. But all I wanted was an oil change. Upsold on at least 15 products or services, despite me asking for just an oil change. Would recommend giving folks the option to just get the oil change up front if they're short on time or uninterested. On Tuesday the 28 of Dec. 2021 I got to the oil stop at 8:20am there was one car ahead of me . At 8: 40 am I was ask to drive up inside ,I let the young man know I have a appointment at 9:15am on the other side of the Coddington mall at the SSN office, he understood and told me I would make it not to worry, at 9:00 A.M. You are supposed to stay in your car and can watch them work. They also aren't paid on commission so you're comfortable with their recommendations. They give you recommendations but no pressure. They also offer a beverage right when you pull in for you and your passenger complementary beverages. Bathrooms are cleaner than expected. They explain everything to you and are beyond courteous. Great customer service. Will be back!
Exceptional service. Isaac came and greeted me with a hot chocolate which I have never experienced at any other auto shop. They gave me a new cabin filter and cleaned parts of my car that I didn't even know existed. My car has never felt this good and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend the oil stop in Ashland, OR.
Super nice people working here. Good communication with customers and each other. I've never heard of this but if you're not quite to your oil change milage you can come in for a free top off. That's pretty cool. Shop is clean. I'll be coming back here.
This is my second time here in a week...I will have all my cars done only here!!! The staff is amazing!! Jose, Jonathan, and Anthony all went beyond the call of duty !! They check everything on the car! I've never seen anything like it!! Fill fluids that are low !! This is the perfect place for anyone busy that has limited time to deal with these chores!!!
