Had a low oil warning on my Porsche Boxster. Normally I keep up on this but maybe because I'm not driving as much it snuck up on me. I needed to have this fixed right away. Came early in the morning shortly after they had already opened on a weekday. They were able to take care of my car quickly and professionally. I got an oil change here on a very busy day. The wait was 45 mins. The following weeks and months after my oil change I noticed my car wasn't running well. It felt like it would if I let it go over the mileage between oil changes. I kept meaning to go back but never had time. I then took it to my mechanic for an early oil change and check up and he said it looked like the oil hadn't been changed since the last time I'd brought it in. Apparently I've been coming here for the few years now, and it's still the only place I've come to for oil changes. The service is excellent, the pricing is fair, and I love the energy around here from the employees. I see people working here that I first saw three years ago, which feels like a real positive. I never feel pressured to buy anything extra, and I prefer that I get to stay in my car, as opposed to sitting in some sad waiting room for thirty minutes. Efficient and consistent services which makes them so dependable. I've never had any problems and they are always polite, even if they do ask you about a long list of add ons. Plus you're always offered a drink as you're waiting/sitting in your car. There are usually coupons you can easily find online to pull up on your phone. And they provide a free car wash with your receipt! This location tends to be a little slower/quieter than their Lakeville spot which is why I keep coming back here.
