I was referred to this place through a friend and...I am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! This is hands down one of the best oil change services I have ever recieved! Have to give these guys another 5/5 review. They took me in last minute, and provided the best customer service I'd ever seen. Arthur insisted on servicing my vehicle, even being late on a Friday. I'm truly grateful for their hard work.
Everyone who works at Oilstop is genuinely so nice and friendly! I came for an oil change and they walked me through each step of what they were doing, always friendly and informative. Took less than 20 minutes, and they gave me coffee! I think I'll be back.
Very attentive to your comfort. I was welcomed with a complimentary drink. They made sure I had cold air blowing inside the car coz the engine had to be off the whole time. Price was acceptable for an oil change. I hoped there was free car wash but there was none. Overall it was an excellent experience. I will return for sure.
Such a cool service! Never any pressure for additional items, but also felt like I had the most explanation of what is going on with my vehicle from these and really appreciated the time they take for these. General service and customer care was great as well! Highly recommend & definitely will be coming back.
This place really fell apart. Use to be average. But now they expect you to wait an hour in your car. Always trying to upsell. Has to be the worst place to get an oil change. Oh yeah and they keep raising their prices. I'll never go back.

Like many other industries and businesses, we are having a very difficult time hiring suitable people, and this includes all of our locations in 4 states. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO. I've been here many times and have had great service in the past but this last time there was a guy with a man bun (juma)who made it really inconvenient for us. So when we came it was busy and I went into one lane and they changed me into another lane and then they came back and wanted to have me move to another lane after doing a full circle to get in the lane I was in. Came here needing an oil change. The moment I pulled up I was introduced by a young gentleman who offered me something for drink (I took a Dr Pepper) and told me it will be about a 5 minute wait which went by quick. Upon pulling into the bay another gentleman got my info and welcomed me again. The entire oil change process was under 30 minutes. Normally the service crew has been very good but today I experienced a classic example of very bad management and customer service. For this reason I recommend that you take your business elsewhere. I literally drove out of my way because they have been reliable in the past, but what I learned today is that they don't respect the customer.
