This place is OKAY. The employees are nice, they are semi quick- I've been to other places before which gets me in and out within 10-15 minutes, I had to wait here for almost an hour. I thought it'd be a lot faster but I guess it's still better than the dealership. The prices are a little bit steep as well. They do give complimentary beverages as you wait. I may stop by if I'm in need but I would rather go to my old spot for quicker service
I came in recently to get my oil changed and impressed with the speed and efficiency of the team as they got ready to work. The lady that helped me was friendly and had great customer service, and offered a complimentary drink while I waited in my car. Unfortunately I was unable to get a change there because my car used a unique oil, only carried by the dealership. Great people great service. Being a single woman I feel confident about my vehicle being serviced by oil stop. I have a truck and travel to the mountains so I need to make sure my vehicle is in good shape.
Tony and the crew are holding it down over there. They filled me in on the recommended services They did a great job. Highly recommend! Great job & no pressure to purchase ad ons.
I'm always timid to get my car worked on alone, but everyone here is so helpful and wonderful. It was a quick service and I was able to hit the road right after. They seem like a great team with lots of communication. They do offer other services while changing oil but they're aimed to help you and they don't make commission off it so it's easy to say no. Travis and Darrian were amazing :)
Transmisión - do not flush your transmission oil. When I had them flush my oil, they over filled my transmission oil and it cause my tranny to start leaking due to too much pressure. Cost me $900 dollars to fix it. Literally a week and a half after getting it done. Was not leaking previously. Oh how much I regret doing it there.

This place is great you never have to get out of your car they'll check all your fluids for you and show you to them on show them to you on a little platter and then ask if you want any of them changed it's a no pressure situation they'll even give you free coffee or Coca-Cola while you wait A+ plus
I'll never go anywhere else! SO FAST!!! Everyone here is very kind and informative, they tell you up front that they're not on commission and to not feel pressure, I like that. Lots of people all worked at once so I can be in and out very quickly. I want to also shout out one of the awesome workers, Janice, she was so kind and funny! As a young women in a blue collar field it's really awesome to see other women in blue collar fields. I really appreciate this. I've been to this place 5 times in a row.
