Staff and service was excellent! Way faster than sitting at a dealership for hours. They get 5 stars in my book. They offer free drinks so that's a plus lol. I'll be coming back here for my vehicle needs in the future!

Horrible service! I was waiting for 3.5 hrs to get an oil change because the workers were sooo slow but loud. There were 3-4 cars ahead of me, so one car per one hour? All those time, their work was not thorough at all but mistakes and careless! There are no courtesy words for making the customer wait for such a long time! The gentlemen who work here are so professional and genuinely friendly. I felt incredibly safe here (even though I had my boyfriend in the car with me, I could tell I'd be fine on my own). You just sit in your car and they show you everything they're doing. Fast, efficient, affordable. Shout out to Jesus, Jair, Thomas, and Taranpreet - thanks, guys!

They messed up my truck and didn't fully secure the underneath. Was dragging around and scraping and missed an appointment so they could fix it. They wouldn't even give me a refund. Will definitely go somewhere else for my oil change from now on

From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect. All of my questions answered throughly. Quick, efficient, and quiet pleasant for an oil stop. Honestly everyone went above and beyond. There were 4 gentleman who deserve an award for kindness and and efficiency Edwin, Colin, Anthony, and Jose thank you for not only doing your job great but being kind and gentle.

I'm actually surprised by the level of service I got here. First of all, these guys have been trained like Chick-Fil-A employees; they were overly nice and professional. They spoke with so much respect and I was delighted to be there. Second, they actually had my oil and oil filter in stock (Valvoline and Jiffy Lube didn't carry it because my car is a newer BMW). Look at the managers response to my review. He does not deny the fact that this location has been ripping customers off for almost 8 years if not longer. He also did not deny their practice of mixing their own synthetic blend oils directly in customers engines! Using 2 different types of oils that were not formulated or tested to mix together in a blend. "In a pinch it is ok to top your oil off a 1/2 quart or so that would be fine. It was a little pricey even with the Yelp coupon, but the service was fast (I was in and out in about 15 mins) and the staff were friendly and professional. They were good about not pressuring you to buy all their add-on services, which I appreciate! The manager, Colin, and Asst Mgr, Edwin, were out and about, helping with the services and interacting with customers. They even gave me a cold drink! I'd go back for service again.

Took our car in for an oil change and we dealt with nothing but professionals. Took longer then expected but well worth it. They guided us through the whole process. Will come back for our next service
