The most convenient and fast drive through oil change. I was hesitant on going here because I felt like it was over priced but trust me when I say it was worth every penny. The staff is amazing and all work very hard and fast!
I called for an oil change, they advised to come in as I did. When I arrived they mention they cannot change my oil without changing my filter which is complete BS. This is first time I ever heard of this. Y'all Should of mentioned this on the phone, thanks for wasting my time.

Zenna, We're sorry your recent experience with our San Jose Oil Stop was not to your liking. We don't know of one other lube shop that doesn't include a new oil filter with their oil change, as we do. Why put new oil into your vehicle without including a new, clean, unclogged filter at no cost?
Needed help last minute and so I pulled through and they literally got me out of there so quickly and helped me right away! Super professional and reliable service. Edwin was the one who helped me immediately and everything was done while I didn't even have to exit my vehicle once. Plus they offer complimentary beverage while you wait and everyone was so kind and on point!
Thanks JT, Jackie and Juan. Can't get any better, the professionalism and customer service is top notch. Safety is also their top concern. Everyone works smoothly together as a team. Juan also showed me the new drain plug gasket and oil filter. Always meant to stop by but actually did and I'm glad they took care of me.
Quick and honest. Friendly and knowable staff. Will not pressure you into added on additional services.
Elijah absolutely rocks, super fast and friendly service! He was really knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all of the questions I had! He also made us laugh and that's the best thing you can ask for! See you guys my next oil change!
The guys were extremely professional, even offered a complimentary drink while I waited for everything to be done. Kept giving me updates about the different fluids every time they checked each different one. Could not ask for a better service. Top tier!
I'm sorry to leave a poor review for Oilstop. I've been here probably 7 times in the last year, and they've always been top notch until my last 2 visits. I stopped going to Walmart and Pep Boys because of issues with them saying they did things that they didn't actually do. Fast forward to my last visits to Oilstop. They said on my invoice that they checked my tire pressure which they did not do. Auto transmission fluid level says unable to check - guest notified - I was not notified.
