They were super attentive always updating us on wait times, offering us cold drinks complimentary as well as verbalizing everything they were doing and keeping us informed. They did not pressure us into adding any services and they work very efficiently and fast. Highly recommend!
I've been a customer of OilStop for 5 years in the SF Bay Area. I've always had a great experience and I've recommended this place to many people. Even when I moved to SoCal, I would keep going to the one in the San Jose because I knew the staff there and felt comfortable. They mentioned that now that I'm in SoCal, I should check their locations down there, but I was a little nervous. They double charged me for oil change. I posted a negative review on YELP. Manager responded and said he needed info on the transaction. I sent him a pic of the bill. No response. Dishonest business.

I love Oilstop! The employees are always so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to take care of me. One time I had a plastic tire wall that needed to be installed and I had no idea how to do it - they put it in for me without issue! Service with a smile (and a whole lotta know how) is the best way to describe their awesome employees! They'll ask about the upscale services but aren't pushy at all. I genuinely look forward to coming to get my oil changed. Thanks to Fidel and Jose who were great at today's service!
This is the nicest car wash I've ever been to. Highly recommend! Great value, and the people who work here are so nice.
I love this place. I hate oil changes and servicing my car in general, but they make it so easy. You literally just drive in and they change your oil. They make recommendations about other services, but they aren't annoying and they don't pressure you. I love that they offer a drink while you wait, in your car, best thing ever. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my oil change.
What happened!?!! This was my favorite oil change spot in the bay and I have recommended this place to my friends. If you want to close at 5:30, please list that. But the flashing sign over the garage says you close at 6:00 pm and it's 5:40. So frustrating. I know I'm only one customer so me no longer patronizing this business makes no financial differerence to them, however, it just sucks because I really liked this place.
All the workers were super sweet and nice! Brought my doggy with me and the were all playing with him while we waited ! They also gave him treats and provides us with drinks! Very attentive and caring! I will always be coming here for my oil change!
Be ready to be harassed the moment you arrive for up charge services. Also, the guy I dealt with was acting shady like something was wrong with my car but was unwilling to tell me what. I couldn't tell if they messed something up during the oil change and were afraid to inform me, or if he was acting like that because I kept saying no to the many up charge services they were peddling. Either way it was shady and I advise you to avoid
