I pulled into the Santa Rosa Ave location at 2:30pm to get an oil change. I've been to this location before and had a good experience, so I expected similar results this time. There was a line of six cars ahead of me, and Christian came out to tell me that there's only 3 employees working today and it's going to be about a 2 hour wait. He said they close at 6:00 and stop letting in new cars at 5:30, so I should arrive by 5:30 and he'll be able to help me. I genuinely appreciated the notice, thanked him, and went home. $80 not with it. Other drive through places such as valvoline cost less. Other issue is when the associate asks all their questions and inquire about upsell opportunities no idea what they are talking about. Need to slow down to properly explain. Since I had no idea the answer was no to everything. Not coming back

We are visiting Santa Fe. This place has the absolute worst service and our truck sat in the sun for almost 30 minutes after it was washed before anyone attended to it. $20 to wash the outside of your car! They do not vacuum it. They don't even open your back doors. Skip this place. They suck.

The personnel was amazing (Javin and crew) for the oil change. They explained step by step what they were doing and helped me out along the way. I'll be back. I did give it 4 stars because it's rather pricey.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and there were a few cars ahead but it moved along very fast! They had great customer service and I felt well taken care of. I never felt pressured to move forward with any suggested services and the staff was very consistently attentive. I will definitely return if I need any other services done with my car.

I was a little overdue for an oil change and have a long trip coming up, but was running errands with my seven year old and one year old. I called Oilstop in advance to ask if they were actually drive thru so I wouldn't have to get out with the baby and I was so surprised when they said that they are and I didn't need an appointment!! I drove in and there was a car ahead of us so we went to Weinerschnitzel right next door so that my kids were able to have a snack during our oil change. Best Customer Service hands down. Prices are not too bad. Best of all you do not have to step outside your vehicle it's drive thru

There is no substitute for excellent service. I miss the guys who are all casualties of new management/corporate. I sat there for 30 minutes in the bay watching 2 guys work on 2 cars and 3 cars behind me and the other 2 in the bays. I went got out of my car and went to the office to ask where my guy Juan was and he's no longer there. All the old team is gone. There were 3 guys basically not doing anything while 2 guys hustled. They lost 4 customers in the span of 30 minutes because we just left. Shame.

Great service ,,,, Awesome Thank you so much very professional. I had a cracked drain plug and they replaced mine as well with no charge.
