Possibly the most professional oil change place I've been to in 57 years. Most places are great, some places are good, and a few you'd never return to, but the main thing is TRUST. I really was impressed these guys knew their business. Not that the Oil Change Business is complicated, but you want to know its being done RIGHT. These are your kind of people! The staff were friendly and helpful. I like the unlimited use of the vacuum cleaners, not coin operated. Prices very reasonable.
The service great. I was offered complementary water and the my had inside air conditioning for my car while I wait.
I ordered because I thought the drive shaft came with a yolk so I called in right after and wanted to cancel the order 10 minutes later and they said I couldn't but they would give me a return shipping label lying and they wanted to charge me for shipping and all with an attitude don't do it return policy sucks balls
Exception and courteous service provided to the comfort of your own car. They explain every step and provide fundental basic service. They do offer a variety of upsells, but they explain why and they do not hard sell. And they are competitively priced as well. Highly recommended!
Extremely hard sell. I agree with the other reviewers who mentioned this place hard sells like crazy. I was waiting for service, and there were 2 cars in the 2 bays being serviced in front of me. Both car owners were pushed for adding engine additive. One car was upsold for transmission service. I heard the service tech say "blah blah...you should get a transmission service every x number of miles" Then the other car had its' engine air filter taken out, the the service tech was trying to get the lady customer to replace ... read more
Love this place. The service is always excellent and friendly. They tell you everything they're doing and answer questions professionally, even the "silly questions" :) It's also a drive thru servicer so it's super convenient too!
Oil stop is very convenient and techs are professional. They check every fluids and make recommendations. No pressure and at least you know how your car is doing or what it needs.
I just had my cars oil changed here less than a week ago and they did not clip back on the bottom plate of my Honda HRV. I was in Sacramento and it completely came undone on the freeway and it was an extremely dangerous and messed up situation. I don't feel like I should have paid $100 to then be stranded in Sacramento and have to sit under my car for an hour trying to figure out how to "reclip" my under plate back on. This is unacceptable.
