What an impressive team this business has. When it comes to taking care of customers they got it down to a science. I work in an industry that emphasize communication and this group of professionals certainly has that down. Such a great experience! I brought my car in on a Thursday morning around 10 o'clock. There was no wait, so I pulled right into the stall. I was promptly greeted and everyone that I encountered was wearing a mask and was very friendly. The pricing was listed clearly, which I appreciated greatly. They told me that they would be offering me other extras throughout the service, but that they were not commission based and I could absolutely say no. While I love the thorough job the crew does - perhaps the best in town - a recent price hike has left me wondering is the service is worth the cost. A basic exterior-only wash is now $15. I guess the good news is that it only takes five minutes to get your car washed?!

My review is based mainly off my interactions with Miguel and Roy! Really nice and helpful. Especially me not knowing dick about cars Miguel didn't make me feel stupid this is where I'll be coming from here out. Thank you!

Got tired of spending $200 for oil change at the dealership. Went here for an oil change and I was impressed. Businesses should take a cue from this place. They changed my oil in record time and I wasn't pressured to buy anything as most oil change places do. I have found my new oil change location after spending so much at the "Stealership". I also got a free car wash which I used afterwards. Thanks guys.

This car wash is a total hit or miss. More than half the time the equipment isn't fully functioning. If your car is super dirty don't plan on leaving there with it fully clean either. I read that there is a car wash down the street that will hand wash and dry for $0.50 more....where's the motivation to keep coming back? Fancy colored lights don't sell me on this place. I've been here many times and I've had enough of the bad customer service and poorly functioning equipment.

I had 2 negative experiences related to service aptitude. 1. Brought in a brand new mini van with ~10k miles on it. They mistakenly put 1 less quart than what it needed. After driving it for 3,000 miles, I brought it back for another oil change, as the oil light kept coming on. Note: this was 10,000 mile synthetic oil being used. It was only AFTER changing the oil, they told the last time they had messed up last time. Today was my first time to use oil stop drive-through, it was great. I have an old Chevy Tahoe, and I noticed how much better it was running on the drive home. And now my car sparkles from the free car wash. Definitely will be going back.
