All the employees are awesome and friendly, this is a great spot to go especially if you have the warranty on your car. It's fast, and yes they're gonna ask if you want extras but there is no pressure at all.
I usually go to Walmart which costs around $75 for my VW Eos. But the wait was 2+ hours on a Saturday when it was 97 degrees out. So I called the place next to where I get my tires here in Norwalk and they just happened to be a drive thru. When I got here I was immediately greeted by Francis (there's 2 of them), was offered a free drink, and directed where to go. I was in and out of the door in 30 minutes (at most). Like always customer service and oil change service was excellent. Thanks Billy and his team for the oil change. First time at this one specific location. I usually go to the one in lake ville but the wait time was 1 hour. Easy in and out 15 minutes here. I love both location regardless. My Subaru Outback is running great! 93k strong!
Fast and friendly service. My oil change was a little more expensive but the guys at Jiffy lube brought a smile to my face on a bad day. Worth every penny. Thanks guys!
Tony, Jovonne, Arthur helped me out and victor cleaned my windshield after the service was done. It's a busy shop, so they even offered me water when I was waiting. Very friendly and genuine. Highly recommended. Guys where professional and non pushy for everything extra I may have needed. They checked everything like air pressure and engine air filter. I used the $8 off coupon and They also have me a coupon after my car wash. What a great deal.
After 10 years of being a loyal customer, spending thousands of dollars here and recommending this place to friends, today was my last visit - at least until the pandemic is over. I can't have employees stand 3-4 feet from my face loudly recommending products to me if they won't wear a mask. My wife takes care of her 96 year old mother and I simply cannot risk getting infected and passing the virus on to her. A mailer coupon drew me here and their service will be drawing me back again very soon. In the times of COVID, things have changed everyone's life. Even something as simple as getting an oil change has changed, but I'm super thankful that businesses are doing their due diligence in keeping their staff and customers safe. Talk about high pressure tried to sell every additive that was done 5k miles ago and even tried to replace my brand new air cleaner wow said no 7 times that's why I don't let my wife go there
