I LOVE the convenience of not having to get out of my car, the free beverage and the entertaining show of military precision workers with their unique way of communicating with each other. What I don't like are the excessive amount of services being offered even when they AREN'T necessary. An example was when I was offered a new cabin air filter when I had replaced mine a year prior and was still barely dirty. I understand offering services when they're needed but not when they're not and have to take off a star for that.
Do not come here if you're a woman, especially alone. My first time here was fine. I loved the service so I returned. I ended up paying almost $200 for an oil change, 3 filter changes (including the oil filter), and a transmission fliud flush. Less than a week later my maintenance light comes on and I check the 2 oils and they're filthy! So I ask around and go get it checked at another shop for a second opinion and I'm told by everyone thus far that nothing was changed except the 2 filters. Services are great, they are also selling some optional products that you don't have to buy, very efficient procedures that you can see what oil and filters being changed

Off the charts customer service. Which is why I keep coming back. Not only are they not pushy, but they go above and beyond explaining things, and providing top notch service. What motivated me to write a review was the fact that they accidentally overcharged me. Not only did they catch the error, but they went out of their way to track me down to make sure I was reimbursed. Prices are reasonable, and they make the experience extraordinary.
Amazing customer services! It was almost overwhelming how attentive and informative they were. I probably had 4 guys in my car at all times and they had all three bays going.
Super quick & really kind ! They give you complimentary drinks & the waiting isn't long at all . They let you know about the prices, no hiding it like other places do after they've done the job. Second time coming here & I will keep coming back.
Wonderful experience! These guys are all very professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I went to jiffy lube first and I was quoted much more than these guys. I knew I had to get an oil change and filter replaced and expected the price to be somewhat similar to jiffy. It was much more reasonable here.
