Woke up quick at about noon, and I realized I had to get my fiancée's car's oil changed, and found this place via Yelp. I read the reviews, and decided to try it, and hopefully make the right choice so my fiancée would beat me :) Pulled up, they had us stay in the car, and performed everything while we sat there. They talked with us, recommending service options and (for transparency) clarifying that they didn't get commission for those services. Great place and service. They were informative. They Educated me on all the products and made it easy to understand. Everyone was professional and the customer service is great! I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.
I changed my oil myself after these guys changed it and found they did lost the 10MM screw that retains the plastic cover underneath the oil filter. Not good.
Never been to this business and thought that they just offered quick and reasonable priced oil change. Wrong. First, the quick is not that quick. They do check on different items under the hood and show the items that need maintenance. I didn't know that my air filter and compartment filter had gone so dirty until they showed them to me. They told us in advance that there was no pressure (we could just say no and replace them on our own). What an incredible experience I had here! I pulled in at end of day panicked due to "check engine" light flashing and car unable to start again once I got there. Obviously I wasn't a paying customer (with a dead engine!) but every staff member went scrambling (seriously) to troubleshoot problem. Justin got on the phone tracking down where to take car, took time to get directions on getting car started again and gave me such helpful advice. I made it to this location!! I was in the area and was due for an oil change so I stopped by here. I had gone to the location in San Jose and liked the overall service. I pulled up and it was already busy. A man directed me to pull up and he welcomed me right away and asked if we would like something to drink. We got some hot chocolate. Yummy! I live in Montana and was visiting my parents here in Eureka. I went with mom to get her Jeep serviced. Let's just say, I would drive my truck all the way down here just to get it serviced at Oilstop! Completely impressed with the kindness, respect and teamwork. These guys have it going on!
Jamie and Luis were super nice. Really fast and they tell you everything they are doing. I reccomend Oilstop.
Highly recommend these guys are quick and never try to sell you something you don't need! They are honest and transparent about all the services they provide and do a great job.
