Every time we come in we always receive the best service! They go beyond our needs. Alejandro has helped us twice and each time he has been amazing to speak with.
Came in at 9:25 AM, no line, and got serviced right away. The pricing is reasonable and the employees here are extremely attentive, informing me about all the potential needs that I'm not fully aware of while providing good reasoning for why I might choose to purchase certain things. Looking forward to returning !

I've been a regular here for several years now. I love the fact I do not need an appointment and can arrive as late as 545pm to have my car serviced. Every single attendant is courteous and respectful. The free car wash is a nice perk and even the basic car wash is really good.
Total 5 star. This place is awesome and have been coming here for years. It can be somewhat expensive but less than car repair. I love the service.
I was in town running some errands in Santa Rosa and needed a car washed. After paying $23.00 for a wash, this was the worst car wash for the money. My windows and outside mirrors were dirty with water drops (this should be the #1 thing they teach their workers, clean the windows!) a gas station drive through could better... If I were you, keep your money and go elsewhere. Tried them out for the first time and never again.
Most of the time this place is AOK but my last visit they failed to to wipe down the top and did not vacuum out the back of my small SUV. MY BAD. Next time I will check before leaving the place.
Love these guys - quick, efficient, kind and happy to put things in lamen's terms for me, the guy with only basic knowledge of automotive care and upkeep. I can trust these guys and they always deliver a great service. The price is adequate and seems to be one of the best services for this value. They'll try and sell you some products and some extra services, but just keep your wits about you and be a cool-headed consumer and you should walk away with only what you need. Bravo folks! You've gained a new consistent customer.
AVOID! If you want your car damaged and them not telling you about it then by all means this is the place for you. I confronted them about the damage and of course they denied it. It cost be $500 to have the dents fixed. I am telling everybody I can to avoid this place.
