Young workers are very dedicated to their work, however it appears a few do not care about the customer's time. As I drove up they waved me into a bay behind another vehicle, they started working on my car and I told them that all I wanted was an oil change. No problem they continued working on my car then later they asked me to backup and go into a different bay that was empty. They started working on my car in the new bay. A great place to get you oil changed. You sit in you car as the is performed, includes a beverage and car wash. This way you can see what work is done. The entire crew seems honest, no high pressure sales if additional services need to be done, one no is all it takes if you don't want that service to be done. This was my second visit and plan on many more.
In june after I paid my monthly car wash membership and before I could wash my car the car was totaled. I contacted Wash 2 Go to explain this. The manager seemed nice and said he would try to get a refund. When I finally got a replacement vehicle and before any refund I thought I would get the new vehicle on the plan not realizing I had been billed again for the first car which I no longer had. This is the only place I will get my oil changed. The guys here are always friendly. Sometimes you do have to wait but that's just because they are busy.. which as we all know means that the business is popular. And yes it can be annoying when they ask you for all the things you may need for your vehicle but I say better they offer than never offering
While on a road trip through Santa Fe, I had my car washed here for the second time. I have this place bookmarked. They did a very good job and it was quick.
This Car wash is a joke. Don't bother spending your money here you're better off getting a car wash somewhere else. This place is dirty inside and out who even cleans this place? The brushes and walls look gross it seems like they are outdated the whole place needs to be shutdown. Honestly doesn't seem like a safe place for your car I can probably do a better job with a hose at home anyways. never running my car through here again. Horrible experienced, they know how trick people: My son went to do the oil changed, the recommendation was to replace the wiper because are cracked, less that a moth I replaced for a Michelin set That I bought, when mi son toll me what they suggested and he accepted y call them and asked for the old ( 1 month old) wiper after 2 hours the told me that they don't have it any more in the garbage, they put it in the dumpster and if I want it I can go to look for it inside the dumpster making fun of me, all my conversation was w... read more
I was so impressed by the level of service here! The technicians were polite, well-informed, and speedy. I was especially impressed with Gustavo, who replaced my cabin filter. It requires taking off my glove compartment to reach it, so other oil change places simply won't do it. But he did! And I'm so glad. The old filter was filthy, and that's the air I breathe.
