I was skeptical because this was 'drive-thru' oil change; and I can honestly say I was so pleasantly surprised! The employee was very friendly, and I did not feel pressured to have more done to my car other than the oil change. The oil change was quick, and afterwards I even got a free car wash. I will be returning (:
Okay I know it's oil change... but it's so much more. We were welcomed right away and brought drinks ( me and my son). They check everything and show you everything. My son loved being able to stay in the car and watch (and brought him refills of juice!) they were fast yet complete and asked questions and showed me evidence. Honestly just a really get experience! I know just an oil change but so much more!
I can only say I'm normally a pretty critical guy, sometimes maybe a little too harsh, but the customer service I received here was outright awesome. For once I wasn't pressured intensely to add on a bunch of air filters and other stuff, the employees politely asked and took my answer of no with no real resistance. On top of that they're very good about asking if you'd like any drinks or anything else while you wait. I have been getting my oil changed at the Medford Center for a while and, was always satisfied. My last oil change there was 9/18/2018. The FIRST item under "service notes" says, "Automatic trans. fluid needs changed". Well, one week BEFORE this I HAD MY TRANSMISSION FLUID FLUSHED, YES FLUSHED AND CHANGED at Dusty's Transmission in Central Point! I as a single woman TRUSTED you guys! I'd have to say they are very efficient. It seems as if there is heavy up sale but it's more of an informing process. They aren't pushy about it. All in all a pretty fluid experience. A Bit pricey for synthetic but normal for similar places.
I went to get an oil change on Saturday, which I know is going to be the busiest time of the week. I was the second car in line, and yet it still took me almost an hour and a half to get done with my service. Having been my first time at this place, I didn't think it was going to take so long given it's a "drive thru" oil change place, and I figured they would have given me a heads up that it would've taken so long. I have had it with this place , I always give them a second chance but no more , today I bought the best package and my windows were smeared inside when I got home I didn't get any dressing on my bumpers and mirrors and on top of that my vehicle was still dirty!!!! Wont ever be back
Every single employee I had contact with was polite, well mannered and very attentive. Yes, they try to upsell you but they let me know from the beginning that they weren't paid on commission so don't feel bad declining- which I did. Very fast, thorough service AND got a voucher for a free wash at my favorite car wash. Prices were right on par with other places we've used. We get full synthetic so we expect to pay more but they do have a few coupons floating around every now and then. We will be back!
