Great service. Always super nice. Do a great job and are NOT pushy. I've experienced a lot of pushy people within the mechanic world but never at oil stop. They tell it like it is and do not use fear to make you do things that aren't necessary at the time. They are my go to place for oil changes and other basic stuff they do.
It's hard not to like this place. Only four stars because it is relatively expensive, but other than that, it's a good option. It's impressive how polite and professional the staff are here--they really know their work and do a good job at it. If I come back, it will be because I know they do a great job with my car, not necessarily because Oilstop is a value option, and it really isn't.
Excellent service by the service advisor and mechanics who performed routine maintenance on my vehicle. I am a service advisor myself and have been in the auto field for 30 years and these guys by far are honest, and show you everything they are doing and explain step by step. Only thing I can say negitive is the cost. $100 for oil change and an air filter when the dealer would have cost me $65. But overall, great job
Best oil change of my life. I would never actually write a review about an oil change place mostly because watching paint dry sounds more exciting than writing or reading a review on an oil change place but because customer service is usually on life support in America from restaurants where the waitress gives you the snake eye to leave and stop yelling at your table to call centers where they can barely pronounce your name after the 20th ... Straightforward service. Jose and Alex were good guys. They warn you that they will offer additional services, but are kind about it. You can always say no, or ask for info about the service for next time. I didn't feel pressured. Fun experience, a ride along oil change. Costs no more or less that any other oil chance I've gotten, in and out in 30.
Five people probably went ahead of us before we even got the hood open on the truck... just ridiculous

Hands down the best service I've ever had!! Fast, efficient, thorough and professional. The only reason I've rated it as four instead of five is because it was pretty expensive.
So the say a 33 Point Service will qualify customer for a free car wash. What they do not disclose is that it is only an exterior wash. No inside work and not even a quick vacuuming! Disappointed. After spending $97 they can't even allow me a vacuum. So standard a request. The manager flat out denied my request. Lame. Avoid!
I've been going to this car wash for at least a year. I like it. Have noticed the hoses don't work or r broken most of the time. The wash hasn't done a good job the last few times. Bird poop still on hood of jeep & & sides aren't clean.
