Great place for an oil change. They listen to you if you have any questions, are polite and quick. They also say they will not try to sell you what you don't need. That is not always true, so beware. They are smooth talkers, but don't press when you say no. As long as you are aware of what you need and don't need you're in the clear.
Excellent job here and great customer service. I will come back. The fact that you don't have to get out of your car is a plus.
I want to tell you that this place is super professional,quality ,respect ,all the workers are happy ,im not kidding ,,they gave me a great deal wow free car wash ,free drink,free wifi,on and on free air ,water lol ,anyways i will be going back to service my transmission,my coolant and everything it needs ,god bless you guys ok thank you very much Juan and everyone ,Chevron is the best in my eyes ,
This place is very quick for oil change. They will have you pull up your vehicle and do the oil change very quick. They recommend a lot of things for your vehicle but doesn't push you to buy anything.
I got my oil changed and it came with a free car wash but I payed more to get the deluxe and well everyone was nice but I won't be returning because first they knocked my bumper out of place and didn't tell me but put tape on it like that was going to fix it and then my car didn't even come out very clean so please don't go there they might just mess you car up and not tell you
Great, friendly service. Definitely would recommend!! Taken my car here twice and both experiences were extremely positive. The staff is welcoming, efficient, and knowledgable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Brandon and the guys there do an amazing job. Quick and professional. Can always count to go during my lunch and still have to time to grab something to eat.
I went to oil stop to get an oil change and they also recommended an air filter so I said okay. About 3 weeks later my check engine light comes on. I take it in to my shop where they do a diagnostic. He calls after the diagnostic and asked if I have gotten my air filter changed recently because when they replaced it they improperly connected a tube to the air filter which cause air to get into the tube and caused the check engine light to come on.
