Oil light came on while driving up from CA so we rolled in here. Turns out it was a big deal oil leak and these guys refused to charge us for their oil fill up that got us to the mechanic. Good people. Thank you!
Accessible location, good staff, friendly, polite. I don't see why I won't continue to come here for an oil change as long as I'm in the area. The oil change is also a bit cheaper than what I'm used to some moving here from SF.
They are so nice, polite and professional. I'm extremely impressed every time I come here. Today when Ben noticed my oil cap missing he actually ran next door to get me a new one! Who does that kind of service these days!!! I'll never go anywhere else with my cars!
I was extremely impressed with this shop. I was on a trip and just stopped in for an oil change, though I knew I had let fluids go - figured I would do the important one first and deal with the rest later. These folks were totally on the ball, showed me samples of all fluids and offered to change them with no hard sell at all. I went there once to get a car wash and I realized that it looks like the boys outside are being over worked and doesn't seem to get much of a brake I think one of the boys was sick doing cars and the manager didn't seem to care to much, then when I get to my car once it was finally finished the car was still dirty I don't understand what's going on here but I'm not sure if I want to come back!!
I don't typically write many reviews, but my experience with Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change was so good that I felt a 5-Star review was in order. From the moment I pulled up, I was welcomed and offered a beverage while I waited. There were 4 cars ahead of me, but my wait was no longer than 15 minutes until my car was being inspected. Terrible service. I waited in line for 30 minutes and was never approached until I was leaving. I was then offered the owners number to call if I would like. I'm just relocating to the area and this is one place I won't go to or recommend to friends or customers.

The technicians are informative yet are able to get their sales schpeel in without being overly pushy. The buy 5 get one free is a great deal, saving me 20% over the normal price, doesn't expire and includes a free carwash! GREAT VALUE!
