Thought it was good service BUT they said they filled my fluids and checked everything. After the visit I went and drove my car the next day and it overheated and then cracked a head gasket. This was all due to no coolant in the radiator and I checked the overflow and it was empty, nothing was in it. I called them back and they didn't want to have anything to do with it and just said that it was a leak problem. After letting it sit for a day the car isn't leaking anywhere. Just found some good ol Southern hospitality at oil stop?! Wow, so nice. No pressure and no judgements when I didn't replace the air filter etc. Thank you. We both know that shits pretty dirty and I should probably replace it but watch me procrastinate til next time anyway, how bow dat. No but really, service with a smile. These are hard working people that I think are doing a good to great job. For some reason I can't get out of here for the lower cost listed on the board even when there doing the drain and fill service. My suggestion is to print there coupon here on yelp. My average for my Toyota pickup is 78$.

Outstanding! Just moved my elderly parents to Santa Fe this weekend. Dad wanted his 2001 Toyota Avalon serviced and we discovered Oilstop online. Most annoying place I've ever been to. All they do is constantly bombard you with getting their extra services and they won't leave you alone. Also the guy who was trying to sell me additional services sounded like he was reading off of a script, so that makes me even less trustworthy of these guys. They're just greedy. Avoid this place if you can. They say it's "quick and convenient" but it's just as fast as a regular oil change place, except here you keep getting bombarded with extra services they wanna tack on. I've never been picky About where I go to change my oil. But ever since I discovered Justin Boyd at oil stop, I won't go anywhere else. Seriously, For no reason other than Justin and the unparalleled customer service he always provides with a smile. What great personalities all the guys have! But Justin especially is a gem. He's Super personable, very knowledgeable, helpful, and has simply the best personality for customer service that one could have. He is also just plain fun and hilarious! Oil light came on while driving up from CA so we rolled in here. Turns out it was a big deal oil leak and these guys refused to charge us for their oil fill up that got us to the mechanic. Good people. Thank you!
