I brought my 2005 Cadillac STS in for an oil change today. They were very very nice, informative, and had great customer service. Complimentary beverages were a plus for my teen. They looked over everything (fluids, filters, wipers, etc) letting me know what was good to go & what could use some attention. I probably would have gone with a few of their suggestions if my car wasn't an expensive ass Mother F-er to keep up... & if I wasn't ballin on a budget. I am never coming back here! Other reviews said that this place didn't try and sell additional services, BS! They tried selling me no less than 6. In addition, they charged extra for the oil filter because my truck is a diesel. I have driven a diesel truck for over 15 years and am used to paying for extra quarts of oil, but never full cost for the oil filter on top of the base service, nor did they tell me this up front.

I drove in today, my car had lost all oil and even though they are not mechanics and it had a more serious problem - they gave me sound advice, told me not to drive it further, allowed me to wait in their parking lot until the tow truck arrived and (it was hot today) brought me a bottle of cold water to quench my thirst while I waited ! Now that is customer service - I am so impressed!
So, I brought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra here for an oil change on the 23rd of August. (A week and one day ago from the date of this review, August 31) I was incredibly impressed with the service. The technicians explained everything step by step and made recommendations for service on my car including engine oil system cleanse, transmission flush, replacing engine air filter, and cabin air filter. I love going to the lube shop but they were closed today so I came here, this place has excellent service. They were relatively quick, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and priced fair. I will be coming here from now on.
Ok so I'm going to start off by saying that this was my first time needing to get my car serviced outside from taking it to the dealership and I was nervous that they were going to take advantage of me (because I know little to nothing about cars. Everyone's so nice! Service is fast and easy. Will come back for sure! They are slightly more expensive then say Jiffy Lube but with the yelp coupon and considering the clean your car it's not so bad!
They take absolutely forever to wash your car and don't do a very good job at all. The top of my car is always still dirty and I always have to point out areas in which they have missed I paid $80 extra to have my car machine waxed and he left wax in every crack and crevice and also didn't wipe hardly any of it off. My car is black hard to not see missed spots and for an $99 dollar car wash and machine wax when to touch less drive through car wash and dry takes longer than my black Yukon to get "professional machine waxed" h... read more
