Excellent customer service! Quick, easy, and painless! Comes with a free car wash as well as the little things you forget to check up on i.e. Tire pressure, coolant levels. Kathleen, Daniel, and Elias were more than thorough and helped me reattach my front bumper engine guards at no additional cost. Relatively inexpensive, around $40 for entire package. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else!

You stay in your car to be captive while they try to nickel and dime you for things that may be needed and things that aren't. Went in for oil change with $10 coupon. Spent $62 for an air filter and oil change. Still looking for a good place to get my truck serviced.

I'll stop is taking care of both of my cars for about 20 years. Excellent service every time. The mechanic Randy is outstanding. I own a 98 Honda with 121,000 miles and it runs perfectly thanks to them.
Got my oil changed the other day. Service was quick and Daniel was friendly and helpful. I'll be going back in 5000 miles.
Been coming here for almost ten years. Service has seemed to get less and less efficient and personal. I get that times change, but it would go a long way to refocus and make it quick and efficient again. A $32 car wash, that lets my car now sit in the sun for over 15 mins while other cars are getting done, doesn't sit well. I have no doubt it will have spots and not be completed. I hope the guys and gals at least get paid somewhat well, as I'm sure this service comes from management decisions effects their tips.
Love, love, love this place! I've been coming here for about a year, once a month or every 6 weeks because of the rate of my travel. Ben and Bill are always so very helpful and get me in and out in a snap! I love the discounted car wash that I receive with my oil changes as well. I'd like to also note that they aren't pushy when it comes to the extras. They let me know what is due when and let me decide what to do. I highly recommend the excellent service AND sitting in your car while the service is being done!
This is an unethical business. My issues boil down to this. Every time I change my oil anywhere else I use 5.5 Quarts of oil. When I change my own oil at home I use 5.5 Quarts of Oil. When I go to Oilstop, my truck magically takes 6.5 quarts of oil. And of course they charge you for any oil used above 5 quarts. Which is fine if they charged me for the 1/2 quart that my truck takes. They also charge "extra" to change the oil on a 4 wheel drive vehicle, which doesn't make sense because they charge me for the extra oil they put... read more

Ask your mechanic to check any reliable source, such as Chek Chart, and he'll confirm this. Underfilling, as well as overfilling, can cause problems, and this is why we are very careful with metering out the exact amount of oil required. Courteous and VERY professional staff. Offered us a beverage while we waited in our car. They were outstanding and quick, and gave us a free car wash after the oil change. The only downside is that, since you're sitting right there while they work, they will try to upsell you on absolutely everything. However, they aren't pushy at all and if you tell them no once they drop the subject. Wish we had a place like this in my hometown, I would be a regular customer and my car would always have its oil change done right on time.
