First time and this place is awesome I also come here for my car washes. 5 stars all around and the workers here are very friendly and walk you through everything they do
First off, the pricing is much higher than the national average for car washes. But my wife had looked at reviews and said this one had great reviews, so I bit the bullet and bought the $29.95 wash (almost $33 after tax) - their cheapest "exterior only" wash was $18.95! So I got my oil changed at an Oil Stop in Elk Grove and they gave me the free car wash coupon. I had just got my car washed so I figured I would save it for when I was home in Rohnert Park. I went in today to use my coupon and the first two gentlemen I spoke with were very nice, professional and accommodating. However, when I went inside to pay, the service went down hill. A lot of bad reviews on here. I can't justify giving a bad review for someone doing their job. It's just how life in sales work. They are friendly, and if you say no its not like they make you buy. Just so no folks. Hey, they do all the work, get air in the tires and a window wash.
I got an oil change here this last weekend and it was great. Everyone was really nice and they offered me everything I needed for my car. But when I can't back this morning for my free oil change the people at the car wash were rude and they might as well have just sprayed my car with water. When I got out of my car there was water spots ALL OVER my car and the sun roof and front windshield still had dirt all over it and my side mirrors were dripping with soap and water.
