Great friendly service, a young man immediately asked if I needed anything and genuinely smiled the whole time. They made sure i knew exactly what was being done and they would show me the new filter before putting it in. They also offered me additional service but did not press the matter when I declined. I will definitely return here.
Did the job nicely. Did try upswell you quite a bit. But what do you expect? They did a great job and lubricated my Squeeky doors even free of charge. Broom broom!
We just had our oil changed at the OilStop in Ashland and had a wonderful experience. Jacob and Chris helped us and were extremely professional and courteous! We will definitely return and recommend to others. Happy New Year!
This place is a charm. Skip the next Jiffy Lube you see and go here. The service was brilliant; I got all my tires filled in for an inclusive treat. My sister and I had hot cider and cocoa (although the cocoa was a bit watery, cider was the bomb). I felt like I was a queen for brief moments ... I love coming here! No hassle and they are always very fast. They offer additional services, however if you tell them that you are in a rush they won't ask you. All the workers are very friendly. I have been going here for more than a year and I have never had any problems. I have nothing bad to say about it.
The service here is outstanding. EVERY person on staff was prompt, informative, professional, and kind. I felt that my business was very appreciated. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase additional services...although many were recommended to me. It's really REALLY nice that they would let me know about maintenance my car needs as opposed to just changing the oil. I have gotten two oil changes in the past few times and both have been phenomenal! I will definitely come here next time I need oil! Quick, reliable, friendly. Also I needed to change the blulb in my headlight and Ben was nice enough to show me how! He's incredibly pleasant to work with.
This the best place to get your oil changed, tires checked and 29 other checks all from the comfort of your car. My car is never clean when they are done. When I pointed out areas where there was dirt the guy told me To get that off I would've have to have it detailed! Well it came off with my finger. Too much money for a very poor job.
