Let me begin by saying this business is absolutely TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I came by for a simple oil change the other week, and the instant I pulled out of the Oilstop, I noticed my power steering wasn't working, my airconditioner did not work, and suddenly my battery light came on and my car battery was dying. I later found out from a mechanic that the vehicle's serpentine belt had been tampered with and removed, causing colossal damage to the water pump. I am a single mother that only knows how to check to see if my oil is low. I do a lot of traveling between work and my sons sports. I've got a Mini Cooper which burns a lot of oil. I've never had a car where I had to worry about fluids. Foreign cars but I thought it was cute. All the gentlemen are wonderful here, but Jerome helped me today and eased my worries. I'm a guy that appreciates good customer service and a job well done (who doesn't?) and this place is so, so good at that. You drive in, get an oil change along with a drink of your choice, drive out and get a free outside car wash. Everyone is super nice and professional and extras are always offered but never pushed. I'm really digging it and am glad I found it given that I'm currently on a long road trip and it's easy to get swindled by some "lube" place. Go there!

I'm new to town and rarely ever write reviews but I feel like only bad reviews get noticed so here's my little experiment. So, I searched Yelp for the closet car wash/detailing because I had just done a road trip and I wanted everything out of my car, even a lingering stench that was caused by the trip. I just left this place after sitting for over an hour watching two cars that showed up after me get serviced now I'm going to be late for work and I will never use this place again. Congratulations oil stop you just lost a customer.
Got the $11.99 exterior wash and it was quick and worth the money. The staff was friendly and efficient. There were a good amount of customers, but they still got the job done quickly.
My husband is very happy to have found this place. He has taken both of our vehicles there. The staff is professional, courteous and not pushy. Happy customers are repeat customers so we will return. Another treasure in Santa Fe!
I have been taking my vehicles to this car wash for 10+ years. The last 3 times have specifically been very disappointing! The last time I brought my truck in was 7/27 and paid $31.99 for the platinum package. Since the last few times my vehicle was left with multiple areas still dirty I walked around the truck and had to point out areas to the worker.
