Great experience! Very fast and thorough. Friendly customer service and free cup of coffee. I was done with everything less than 30 minutes. Some other posters mentioned them "upselling items"...this happened to me too, but they don't pressure you. I accepted recommendation for new transmission fluid because they showed my current fluid and it was bad [extra $130, but necessary]. Air filters replaced for extra. But that's okay. harvey luster i got an oil change before , being told it helps pass , i don't know if its true , but taking any help i could get , and it needed it . i went to a place where you sit in the car ,its like a drive though thing . i told the kid i hate that ... he asked why ?? i told him my suspicious mind is thinking , how do i know you changed the filter or not . and you check everything , hoping to pad the bill with an extra or two . this time i topped everything off beforehand , so unless you are on camera you can skip that .... read more

This is the best place! All I can say is that all the employees there are very friendly, excellent customer service. Francisco is a great manager and the other employees, like Abraham were very attentive and respectful. Everyone jumped in to help when they thought my battery went dead after they asked me to start it up. However, it was only operator error (me!) and as everyone pitched in to jump start the car, it was soon discovered that my car was in gear (Drive mode). I have used OilStop on Bristol for both of my vehicles for the last two years. They are attentive and courteous in their service. They are not pushy with their suggestions but they are thorough in their assessment of the needs associated with the vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle recently and immediately had them service it. Great service, great customer relations, competitive pricing, great results. I would definitely recommend OilStop

This was my first time getting an oil change in Eugene and my friend recommended this place. When you pull in, there is a garage with two pull-in spots where they do the work they do. You literally just stay in your car and pick a lane. If they are working on other cars, you just get in line. Once a spot is open, you just wait for them to flag you in place. The staff members are kind and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this oil stop. The service is quick no long waits unless you com when there is a long line of course.
