Visited this location, new to the area great service and very helpful employees. Oil change, engine flush and replaced air filter. Quick service and confirmed filter needed to be replaced.
Got an oil change and had all of the checks done and the service was amazing. I will absolutely be going back here, every employee was very helpful and kind. Price was very reasonable and they took my coupon from online!
This place is awesome! They communicate every step of the way with the customer and with each other. I needed new windshield wipers but they didn't have the drivers side blade. One of the guys drove to a car part store to get the part. Wowza! The employees were helping each other out and worked like a "well oiled machine"! I would 100% recommend Oilstop Drive Thru!
Caesar and Jason (aah, there was one more person assisting but his name escapes me) they were excellent. The teamwork displayed among the crew was awesome and the kindness to the customers, myself included, was great. I appreciated the offer for a free beverage when I arrived and did not find there way of upselling to be intrusive, like I have other places.
They didn't check tire pressure after showing them my tire pressure light was on, no more 10.00 off online coupon, the car wash leaves soap on the vehicle. Won't be returning.
Just in case you are wondering about the quality of service at Oilstop Drive through, let me put your mind at rest. We have been using the OS Drive thru for about three years now, the service is first class and the staff are proficient, professional, and personable, and they all seem to stay. I see the same faces every time I take one of our vehicles in, great folks and great service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed
OIL STOP, Symphony Orchestra, Playing at the Medford Center. No kidding, all playing around aside, I have used the Oil Stop on Stevens in the Medford Center for several years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. The facilities and well-trained staff work to deliver prompt and professional services. Always polite and offering water. Tries to upswell but that's the nature. Fills up tires w air and cleans windshield.
We'd never experienced a LOF where we got to stay in our car! Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, efficient. Just like my car now, they ran like a well oiled machine.
