I love my Oil stop experiences! The staff is always so polite and attentive, offering a water, coffee or soda just makes my day! My jeeps seals leak a bit so I stop in to be topped off no charge in between services! The much needed car was always completes my visit. Tank you Oil Stop. Good job again!
I have gone here for years. Service is always well done and done quickly. I am told what my vehicle needs but I am never pressured into adding any extra services. I like that there is a record of last visits and my window label of when to to return for service keeps me on track. Very professional and polite staff.
These guys are amazing! I get there about 30 min before closing, I felt so bad I got there so late but they were amazing in letting me know they would stay and help as long as possible. They even took a car that showed up after me, after closing time. They even encouraged me to stay and get the free car wash even though they were past closing time! I had the best experience here! My oil change light came on when I was driving around the area and I happened to be close by. I didn’t expect such a positive experience. I was offered a beverage as I pulled in. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The workers explained everything that was happening and didn’t pressure me into anything extra. Definitely give this company 5 stars for having such polite and thorough young men serving my car. It's more expensive than a quick drive up place, but you get what you pay for. I felt like the service was excellent. I will definitely use them in the future 😁
