Excellent customer service! Quick, easy, and painless! Comes with a free car wash as well as the little things you forget to check up on i.e. Tire pressure, coolant levels. Kathleen, Daniel, and Elias were more than thorough and helped me reattach my front bumper engine guards at no additional cost. Relatively inexpensive, around $40 for entire package. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else!
I visited oil stop for an oil change. Being new to the area I didn't know where to go. The process here includes trying to up sell customers which I understand but they should not lie to accomplish the sale. I was told that if I didn't use synthetic oil the warranty would be voided on my 2014 Honda CR-V I checked my manual it says oil is preferred you may use synthetic if it meets specifications I would not recommend this store
I had to open a yelp, just because this was ridiculous!! I was in with my fiancés car this last week, and the gentleman working on our car was very nice, and respectful. Trying to sell anything the best he could, without too much pressure. We kindly refused do to saving for our wedding weekend, and the boss came out (Beto I think his name was) and yelled at him for something called " code 7" not sure what that is, but pretty sure it is sales. Driving from Portland to California, we stopped in Medford and discovered a leak from my engine. We rolled into the convenient Oil Stop off of Medford and the friendly and efficient service man (we didn't get his name), inspected the car fluids, found my radiator cap stripped and not fitting well, gave us the reason why the fluids overflowed and recommended an easy fix. All with a very knowledgeable manner. Thank you!
