These guys did a great job! Very thorough with helpful and pleasant staff. Price was reasonable with the yelp $10.00 off coupon! Plus they fill your tires and top off the fluids on the car and you get a free car wAsh. My only negative comment is it took a while to get it done for a pull through oil change. I think I was there for 45 min to 1.00 hour, granted there was a little bit of line and was one car in front of me.

Beyond impressed. I never knew my car could look so good! It's been a mess and neglected for years, took it in for an interior clean and I can't believe my eyes! Great attention to detail and so far above expectation!

The staff are super helpful and professional. They made recommendations of services my car needed based on the mileage and manufacturer recommendations. They were not pushy at all. I will only go to them from now on for my oil changes.

Super fast, friendly, professional service. I love the way they communicate with each other back and forth in a kind but quick and professional manner. They recommended services that the manufacturer recommends, based on milage, but weren't the least bit pushy. Service is competitively priced and also includes a free car wash, or voucher for one at a later date if you don't get one at the time of service because of weather, which was the case for me today. If you need your oil changed in Medford, this is the place to go.

Excellent customer service! Quick, easy, and painless! Comes with a free car wash as well as the little things you forget to check up on i.e. Tire pressure, coolant levels. Kathleen, Daniel, and Elias were more than thorough and helped me reattach my front bumper engine guards at no additional cost. Relatively inexpensive, around $40 for entire package. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else!

I visited oil stop for an oil change. Being new to the area I didn't know where to go. The process here includes trying to up sell customers which I understand but they should not lie to accomplish the sale. I was told that if I didn't use synthetic oil the warranty would be voided on my 2014 Honda CR-V I checked my manual it says oil is preferred you may use synthetic if it meets specifications I would not recommend this store

I had to open a yelp, just because this was ridiculous!! I was in with my fiancés car this last week, and the gentleman working on our car was very nice, and respectful. Trying to sell anything the best he could, without too much pressure. We kindly refused do to saving for our wedding weekend, and the boss came out (Beto I think his name was) and yelled at him for something called " code 7" not sure what that is, but pretty sure it is sales. Either way not really necessary to yell at him from the other side of the store so... read more

Driving from Portland to California, we stopped in Medford and discovered a leak from my engine. We rolled into the convenient Oil Stop off of Medford and the friendly and efficient service man (we didn't get his name), inspected the car fluids, found my radiator cap stripped and not fitting well, gave us the reason why the fluids overflowed and recommended an easy fix. All with a very knowledgeable manner. Thank you!
