Terrific speedy service from a team that have excellent morale. They call to each other like sailors as they conduct their work. Free beverage of your choice while you wait. They check in with you constantly. Really happy with their work.

Quality service. In a world full of fast paced get it now with bad quality. This place gets it right in a timely fashion. Informative, courteous and great service. The staff is amazing. You just don't get quality like this anymore. Only coming here for my oil changes (I don't do myself).
They are so helpful and clear when helping! They are all wearing masks at the shop & they do an amazing job at clarifying items! They came up to your window, show you what they took/see in your vehicle (point is, they take it for you to actually SEE) and tell you what it is responsible for in the vehicle. What an awesome concept! Getting to stay in your car while they service it makes the whole process so efficient. Not only do they get to consult you regarding issues or additional services because you're right there, but they offer complimentary beverages while you wait. I rarely find such a team of polite, respectful, and service-oriented professionals. I'm impressed and will be back!
I just moved to Medford and this was my first time getting my vehicle serviced here. I was very impressed with the service and the staff. They were extremely polite, efficient, and educated, explaining each step thoroughly to me. The complimentary car wash was a great bonus. I was very pleased with my experience here!
Am originally from California traveling through Oregon. On my way home, my car required a maintenance and I found this place online. I arrived and saw a couple cars ahead of me... but their service was quick. My car was fully checked and I was updated of every step taken to complete my service. They provide you with a complimentary car wash after... so completely satisfied. Wish they were down here in Southern Cali!
Let me tell you how not only efficient these guys are, but how polite and communicative they are. I never stick to one place, but this place makes me want to come back. Keep doing what you're doing guys!
