AJ, Jason & Jerry were awesome. Great service! Love their enthusiasm, their professionalism, their attention to details as well as showing me the things they were changing or suggested to change. Although I couldn't change what they suggested, they did give me informational cards to remind me what is best for my car. To think I wanted to go to Walmart since that's where I've always gone. So glad I couldn't. I will certainly be coming back.

Most informative oil change I've been to with great prices. 5/5 recommend for quick services as well.
I have been getting my oil changed at the Medford Center for a while and, was always satisfied. My last oil change there was 9/18/2018. The FIRST item under "service notes" says, "Automatic trans. fluid needs changed". Well, one week BEFORE this I HAD MY TRANSMISSION FLUID FLUSHED, YES FLUSHED AND CHANGED at Dusty's Transmission in Central Point! I as a single woman TRUSTED you guys! Was on a road trip and needed an oil change. Was thrilled to get an oil change AND a car wash in one stop, at a terrific price. But more than anything, I was super impressed with the EXCELLENT service. A great business! If I lived in the area, it would be my go-to place every time.

Friendly, fast, honest and great service. I really like that I can sit in my car while they work on my car. They even offer you a choice of beverages.
The coffee was good, the service was great, and the up-sells were not aggressive. You can relax in your vehicle while they take care of the rest. The overall price was okay, but they do offer specials on specific services.
