We have been using the OS Drive thru for about three years now, the service is first class and the staff are proficient, professional, and personable, and they all seem to stay. I see the same faces every time I take one of our vehicles in, great folks and great service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed
OIL STOP, Symphony Orchestra, Playing at the Medford Center. No kidding, all playing around aside, I have used the Oil Stop on Stevens in the Medford Center for several years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Always polite and offering water. Tries to upswell but that's the nature. Fills up tires w air and cleans windshield.
We'd never experienced a LOF where we got to stay in our car! Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, efficient. Just like my car now, they ran like a well oiled machine.
I just left a message on the Oilstop survey request form. It was sent to me after I got an oil change there yesterday. My concern that I want to share today is that Oilstop is falsely claiming that they are using Chevron Supreme motor oil. I requested that oil, in that their advertising seems to indicate that they carry Chevron Supreme oil. They do not. The basic car wash and dry was fast and efficient. It seemed like even the bottom of the car was sprayed. Worth ten bucks.
Wow! I just had oil change, radiator flush, air + cabin filters, and transmission fluid changed in under an hour at a fraction of the cost of a dealership. The free car wash was a nice touch also. The gentlemen providing the service were professional and courteous. I stayed with my car the whole time and felt like I was involved rather than being contained in a closed waiting area. Great coffee also! Great first experience!
