I just left a message on the Oilstop survey request form. It was sent to me after I got an oil change there yesterday. My concern that I want to share today is that Oilstop is falsely claiming that they are using Chevron Supreme motor oil. I requested that oil, in that their advertising seems to indicate that they carry Chevron Supreme oil. They do not. When my oil was drained they offered me an off-brand oil called "MagX" (I think that was the label on the container). I allowed them to use that oil as I was in mid-service a... read more
They were so awesome and nice definitely my go to the one at the Medford center. Great service
The basic car wash and dry was fast and efficient. It seemed like even the bottom of the car was sprayed. Worth ten bucks.
Wow! I just had oil change, radiator flush, air + cabin filters, and transmission fluid changed in under an hour at a fraction of the cost of a dealership. The free car wash was a nice touch also. The gentlemen providing the service were professional and courteous. I stayed with my car the whole time and felt like I was involved rather than being contained in a closed waiting area. Great coffee also! Great first experience!

Terrific speedy service from a team that have excellent morale. They call to each other like sailors as they conduct their work. Free beverage of your choice while you wait. They check in with you constantly. Really happy with their work.
This is the nicest car wash I've ever been to. Highly recommend! Great value, and the people who work here are so nice.
Quality service. In a world full of fast paced get it now with bad quality. This place gets it right in a timely fashion. Informative, courteous and great service. The staff is amazing. You just don't get quality like this anymore. Only coming here for my oil changes (I don't do myself).
