All of the issues with the refrigerator and disposal have been taken care of. Had to get a new refrigerator and disposal. Old Republic Home Protection took care of both items. Both service technicians were great. Thank you for taking care of my issues.

Very knowledgeable technician responded and replaced failed pool pump in 30 minutes. Also pointed out wrong skimmer basket provided by weekly pool maintenance service firm. I decided to pay extra for a new pump versus rebuilt pump covered by insurance. Old Republic has always been responsive and fair in all my dealings with them, and I will continue to rely on their service and protection for the foreseeable future.

why do I really have home protectiom; I often wonder?service fee $100 - paid Old Republic doesnt pay for oiling or putting new rollers on tge garage door - that cost me additional $****** 260+100=360 Really, and I already paid $550 yearly fee???is it worth the warranty?
