Very impressed with Old Republic response to my service call on my refrigerator. From the time I made the call to the time the refrigerator was back in service this included ordering parts was about a week. I could not be more pleased with their service and the friendly customer service people.

I have had to utilize my warranty several times over the years. I have found the subcontractors to be fair, timely and nice to work with. Of all the home warranty companies, I have found this company to be the most reliable.

I did have quick & positive response from ORHP, the heating guy they sent out was nice, professional. I did pay the $100 trade service call, but nothing else. I hope I don't get charged further down the line for any residual costs for the heating call. I hope they are great service providers should I need them again, because most of the reviews are worrisome.
