Pretty easy to respond to my concerns and the plumber who helped me was very friendly and professional.
ORHP is a very good service. The technicians they use are responsible and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the home office takes too long to respond after the technician has submitted his report.

Put in a service request, next morning plumber was there. Changed the broken pipe & cleared the clogged drain. Emptied the pan of water from leak & took care of the garbage. Friendly & polite.
