I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this organization. The representatives are super responsive, knowledgeable, empowered. They have consistently resolved my issues (water heater, AC and some electrical issues in the past 8 months) in a quick and professional manner. They treated me with respect even calling me back when my own phone reception failed. Highly recommend them.

Having your HVAC repaired in the summertime can be a challenge due to most HVAC companies being booked out for weeks. That wasnt the case with ORHP. The service representative called around to find a HVAC repair company that had the earliest availability. Our HVAC was repaired that same day. Thank-you ORHP.
