Quickly got in contact with an HVAC contractor. Only problem was **** contractor never called or arrived when scheduled. Called Old Republic and they immediately cancelled the first order then contacted another contractor. They came out when promised and fixed our problem.

We have had excellent service from ORHP so far. When a part couldnt be found for our dishwasher, they promptly sent a new dishwasher that was very comparable to our old one.

ORHP website was easy to use to initiate a request for service. The plumber called back promptly and came when he said he would. The job was easy and we had no complaints about his service. Would definitely use the service provider again and was pleased with the overall result.

Shortly after I entered the claim, this company was in touch with me and the service technician. The service person that was sent was quick and efficient assessing and then fixing the problem! Great service! I'm glad I had this home warranty- saved me a bunch of money!

Made a claim for failed Air Conditioning and a quality tech was out in a day. He had everything on his truck and was able to fix it immediately without any waiting for approvals or red tape. Exactly the kind of service I paid for.I would just suggest to any customer that you look into the reviews for any service vendor they dispatch. They have hundreds of vendors and assign claims evenly. Most of the time you'll get a good trade vendor.
